I'm a month in and love the space. It's a small complex, but a quiet community and has worked out perfectly for me so far. I love the apartment, once you move into the space you can really make it your own. My experience with maintenance has been adequate, maintenance responds fairly quickly and fixes issues as soon as they can. Ryan is the office manager and he has made my moving experience extremely smooth and easy. He is super friendly, responsive and helpful. Love it!
I love this place I am happy to be part of this community they have an excellent manager Ryan very friendly always ready to solve the needs that arise in. The apartment God bless each of us who are part of this beautiful place Maintenance Administrator and each of the residents of this place I can confidently recommend them.
Cierra Commons provides an affordable place to call home! Our site management team is responsive and friendly and address all issues in a timely manner. I appreciate them for that!
Good for if you are not wanting to spend extra for amenities you won't use. I loved the big washers and dryers in every unit. I thought the bedroom was big enough that you could have a separate space inside for a baby or toddler's bed and furniture. I really liked how the kitchen looked out over the lving room so you can watch your kids (or guests) as you are cooking or (making drinks). I had seen probably 10 other apartments and I really almost moved in, the only thing that worried me was the bench seat under the window. The bench seat is right up against the glass like it's a windowsill which I thought could be unsafe for my 1 year old boy. I also didn't move in because it was further away from my son's daycare than I wanted which is not their fault obviously. I did think they were beautiful apartments and the top floor ones have tall vaulted ceilings. All covered parking for everybody. Sweet lady who worked in the office showed me around. Competitive pricing, by far the cheapest pricing for anything with a full size washer and dryer in unit.
