They replaced another units air conditioner and now it’s blocks part of my living room window. When I went to the front office to ask why they decided to pick an air conditioner that blocks the view all she could say was, “its up to spec we can’t change it… How come you never bring your dog around to see me? You really should bring him around more often.” Then on this renewal, they raised the rent on us. The appliances are old, there’s spiders all over the place, and the communal hallways never get cleaned. The fire sprinkler in my apartment leaked all over the carpet, when I got maintenance to come check on it they said, “I don’t know, the system has been off for over a year. Maybe it’s just condensation from the conditioner.” Nothing ever was solved about it. The club house is only open for business hours 10-5pm, if you want to use the gym, quit your day job. There’s few package slots in the mail rooms, so be prepared to have to drive to the post office frequently.
Love this place. Quiet neighborhood, pet friendly, facility and surrounding areas are well kept. Management staff is very friendly and welcoming!

I’m very happy with the community so far. I am extremely frustrated my maintenance request hasn’t been filled, as my kitchen sink has been non-usable since move in. It is clogged, garbage disposal is broken, dishwasher water sits & doesn’t drain, and the smell is sooo icky. The apartment was also very gross upon move in, the bathroom had a lot of black hairs in the drawers, in the sink, in the tub, and also the paint! There was also a very stranger yellowish orange allll over the walls in the bathroom that took a lot of elbow grease to get rid of. it’s a little disheartening the condition of the apartment at move in, but once i spent some time giving it some tlc its a great spot. the parking is also terrible, as the spots are really small and the cars near my building all take up 1.5-2 spots and park terribly. I’ve taken to street parking. i adore the neighborhood and there’s a lot of great things local. i feel very safe at night. solid 2.5-3 stars.

Great, safe complex. Nice and roomy apartment. Could be updated on the inside but it’s a fair price for what I am getting. Maintenance could respond quicker but I know they’re busy!

Very disappointed that after I shared with management about how much the floor in the apartment above me creeks and groans for every foot step, how I can hear every cabinet and drawer closing, and they saw first hand the loud noise, they didn’t do anything about it. They had two months after the previous people moved out to make repairs, they said they’d make repairs, then did nothing. Now new people live there and it’s the same old stuff. Loud slamming, creeking on every single square inch of their apartment without a moments peace for me.

The place seems great. Unfortunately the dryer & stove don't work. I reported them & was told they would get fixed right away, but nobody has said anything yet.

This complex is a nice area of DTC; however, staff here needs to get things done instead of waiting for days to get maintenance to fix something. Also, rent is high. We are paying a lot for a place when the staff takes forever to address issues. And parking is a hassle and there is a cost to that too.

The location is great, being close to Belleview Station; I can use the train for my daily commute, saving on gas and a car. The office staff have been kind to my wife and me, and we appreciate their willingness to help. Maintenance has improved their response time since we moved in two years ago. However, my biggest issue is the gym, which was promised to be open 24 hours but is not. It is only open when the leasing office is open, and due to staffing shortages, they close earlier than expected. This has been a problem since we moved in, and they still haven't implemented key fobs for the gym. Additionally, the pool was advertised as year-round, but it isn't. These inaccuracies in advertising are frustrating. The worst aspect is the towing. They are quick to tow without notice, even when parking rules change overnight. Once, they towed my car after changing an open spot to reserve, costing me a hefty fee. It's outrageous and unnecessary.

Love the area. Units are nice, but old. Changes and updates take way longer than reasonable to happen. Fitness center has taken over a year to be 24 hour, still hasn’t happened.

I like living here. Location is great. My place is very homey and great. ALL the staff is so nice and friendly. They can do a better with upkeep and ground maintenance.
Paying for parking is ridiculous after paying too much for rent. The landscape people just walk around forever blowing dust and debris all over people trying to enjoy the pool and all over cars. All apartments should have covered parking because we pay an exorbitant amount of money to live in semi decent apartments. Fixtures are very cheap and and don’t look very good. Seems like bathtubs and fixtures were installed by people with no experience at all. I’ve seen apartments from the 70s that look much better on the inside than these places.
Love how close we are to the canal, and light rail. The only complaint would be having access to the gym outside of business hours. Also having access to restrooms when using the pool outside of business hours when the office is closed.
Recently just moved into the neighborhood and Im loving it. It’s peaceful, the neighbors are very friendly along with the leasing staff. I do plan on staying here for a while !
Welcoming staff. There to help if you need anything. Location is fantastic. Plenty of places to visit for entertainment as well as food options.
Not a bad place but nothing special. I dealt with awful neighbors living above me. The assistant manager was a great help. The property manager just ignored me and eventually stopped responding to me. They just hope you let things go so they don’t have to do anything about it while still collecting rent. Recommend looking at other places.

Major improvements have been made to the complex in the last 2 years - new roofs, new paint, security for mailboxes and faster response to any maintenance issues. Overall a much better experience for the area. Also the staff at the office is always their to help in any way they can.
No real complaints. I do wish there were more recycling drop offs and that it got picked up more frequently, but that is about it. Leasing office is very helpful
Only reason it's 2stars is because the maintenance crews do a great job, everything else about the place sucks, so you have you housing rent, then they also have you pay for community heating and electric which is STUPID. On their website they say the GYM IS OPEN 24/7 AND IT'S NOT, which what the absolute heck is up with that, site management isn't helpful at all. Personally would not recommend to anyone EVER
Nice neighborhood, recently remodeled leasing office/gym. Nice and spacious apartments with high ceilings. Large patios and it's pretty quiet. All staff are really nice and helpful. Only complaint is windows aren't that great.

Everyone here is so peaceful and no one really bother anyone. Makes me feel safe and better than other places I used to live at. Also parking is in a perfect spot for me.
Rent is too high. Staff doesn’t address the issue in the home, ie maintenance requests and lots of break ins. Fitness center small and not open late
While things started off rocky since moving in to this complex a year & a half ago, I continue to see improvements to the operation & overall care of the community, which is great to see. The maintenance team is much more competent & timely & the property management team is working hard to make things better. While there is a ways to go, I do appreciate seeing the strides that have been made. I hope it’s only up from here!
Quiet area and community. Had some bad experiences with some things at first but overall enjoy staying here and just signed our 3rd lease. The apartments are so big and feel like so much more than an apartment.

It's a crazy crazy time, but for as long as I have lived at Cierra Crest? It's my serenity and sanity. I love that I can open the blinds and see Colorado's beautiful skies and skyline. I love that the light that comes in to my office and great room are exactly what I want and need. I especially love my coffee and my wine on the deck. Its so quiet and beautiful here. I have the 1 bedroom with a Den floorplan and it is exquisite. The only other floorplan I would consider is THE one that I would consider. :-) I am thinking that if I dare make a move? It will be to the 3 bedroom unit, top floor and I know it would fit me well. But this space? With all the light? It's perfect for me in every way. The maintenance staff is fantastic. I've put them through some stuff, but they always are smiling and fun and they take very very good care of me and the issues. The Office staff is one of my favorites and always have a smile for us. I love it here. It is home!

Great location! I love my one bedroom plus den. It’s the absolute perfect space. I wish the clubhouse and gym was open 24/7. Would be nice if they had more community events
Love love the place. Wish the gym was open 24/7 so we could work out more often. The gym seems to be closed a lot. Also the hot tub has been out of service for a while

Just moved in and I love living at the Cierra Crest already! The amenities are nice, the apartment has a fireplace, and the neighborhood is amazing!

One of the best things about living here is how quiet the neighborhood is! It’s also incredibly walkable (for walks, not for commuting) and so many people are always walking around with their dogs or with strollers. I feel safe for the most part—except that my car was vandalized, along with many others in the complex. I guess that happens! Overall, I really like it here.
Overall the best apartment we have lived in Colorado. Great staff and amenities, no issues with neighbors. Very dog friendly. No parking issues. Only complaints are building Numbers /sign issues and needing to pay to park and visitor parking.
The apartment is fine, though my neighbors were a little noisy. The hallways are rarely clean. My AC was dripping and though people came multiple times, it was never fixed
Best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I’m happy here and will never leave! I love the area and the vibes here. I don’t see myself ever leaving at all!
New management is awesome The staff is friendly and remembers names that's always a plus. Work orders are handled in a timely manner. So far so good.
