it’s a pretty nice place to live! the buildings are little bit older so you hear your neighbors entering and exiting their apartment, but the pool is great in the summer time and the staff and maintenance team are always very friendly. I wish the gym was open more than just 9-5
For the most part it’s fine to live here. Been waiting on Fobs for the gym so it can be used not just durning inconvenient office hours only. It’s been two years since we were told we’d get fobs.
Has changed over the years I have lived here. Spacious, clean, has a pool/fitness, but can take a while to fix things in your apartment. The pool is not always cleaned properly in the summertime, but is still nice.

Great community to live in. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful in whatever way they can be. We had issues with a water heater and it was replaced in a couple of days.

I've lived at Cierra Crest for 2 years and haven't had many issues at all. I love the location in the heart of DTC, dog friendly neighborhood, no noise issues at all, never trouble finding parking, and a really nice pool/Hot tub. My only complaints are that the hot tub bubbles don't work usually, and it isn't open year round as I was told when I moved in. Paying extra for a parking pass and amenities is a bummer. Additionally maintenance requests are hit or miss. But luckily I haven't needed much maintenance. Overall a great place to live.

I have loved living here at Cierra Crest. Everyone has been so friendly and if we ever have an issue it is taken care of in a timely manner! Security has been great and I appreciate that they are present for their job.

I waited over a month for a working replacement washer that was sanitized. I had to get upper management involved to get it finally taken care of after many service requests to get a cleaned as no follow up was taken after they were notified they left a dirty unsanitary replacement washer in my apartment so I was unable to do laundry for a month.

Overall I can’t complain about my leasing office! They are friendly. Reassuring when stress arise that it’s fixable. Very personal with residents as they genuinely learn you individually on what works for you and your communication with them. My experience overall hasn’t been the worst and has been the best in the unit however the dedication to correcting any and everything requested is punctual.

Biggest issues revolve around pool/hot tub maintenance and cleaning and closures during my first summer last year, and lack of communication every time. Many unsupervised teen and children parties leaving the pool a mess was a pain and seemed to cause closures. Electrical systems are outdated and out of mandated requirements by the state, and my 1 bedroom has had summer electric bills over $300. Lowest bill was $100, but average is $200. I couldn’t imagine a two bedroom here. I would love text communication for maintenance and payments. We would love a guest parking area. Only guest parking is main road along Monaco. Otherwise, very well kept apartments, CLEAN roads and gardening for the most part. They are responsive and friendly. Good appliances. Nice patios. Lots of dumpsters and picked up timely. Mail is secure. Buildings and apts numbered obviously. Nice office. Pool and hot tub are great when open and cleaned.

The experience has been great so far. However ice accumulates at the back door of the building and has made for some painful falls and has been quite a bit frustrating. other than that, i’ve been enjoying the space.

Been a pretty good place to live so far. Love my floor plan and the gym is nice. Though wish I could use it after hours of the office. The maintenance team is pretty good and take care of things. Just wish I could schedule times as I work at home and cannot have disruptions. Charging parking would be nice too.

Frank and Linda have been so so helpful during my move. Very accommodating and answers any questions I have. I've had a couple of maintenance requests so far and they have been responded to and addressed promptly! It's been a great experience so far!
Another winter and the crews are hard at work clearing off the sidewalks. Community is still coming along with work in the pool area and hopefully another lock for the front location mailbox! Still with all that is happing it still feels good knowing that the community, management and the maintenance crews are still top notch and you cannot beat the location.

My move in was so bad because many things were not set up and the leasing agents were not professional. They could not take interest in listening to my concerns and whatever they promised to do to make my move in effective was not done until I went back and was still told to wait

Cierra crest is located in a nice neighborhood and convenient location to RTD station. Buildings and communities need some updates but overall ok.

The maintenance workers unplugged my outdoor Christmas lights then locked out access to a plug on my electricity meter. That's a solid -4 stars for grinchesque management.

Awful noise, loudest upstairs neighbors ever. Constant dog running around shaking my entire apartment. Management doesn’t do anything and doesn’t care. Shame really since I like the layout and the assistant manager (Becca) was great but she’s gone now. Unless you get a top floor apartment or can withstand constant pounding, slamming, shaking, and earthquake noise above you, don’t bother.

Property needs to shovel the lot when a winter storm comes. My car would slide, hit the garage, and get stuck because staff won't shovel the lot until snow stops or when they want. They still need to work on getting maintenance order done as quick as they can. Now staff are leaving and half the times the office is close. And the high price is ridiculous! They charge these fees like common areas and electricity when staff barely even in the office and we can't use the common area. They also need to open the fitness center late. Why charge these fees when residents barely use it?!

They replaced another units air conditioner and now it’s blocks part of my living room window. When I went to the front office to ask why they decided to pick an air conditioner that blocks the view all she could say was, “its up to spec we can’t change it… How come you never bring your dog around to see me? You really should bring him around more often.” Then on this renewal, they raised the rent on us. The appliances are old, there’s spiders all over the place, and the communal hallways never get cleaned. The fire sprinkler in my apartment leaked all over the carpet, when I got maintenance to come check on it they said, “I don’t know, the system has been off for over a year. I’m very happy with the community so far. I am extremely frustrated my maintenance request hasn’t been filled, as my kitchen sink has been non-usable since move in. It is clogged, garbage disposal is broken, dishwasher water sits & doesn’t drain, and the smell is sooo icky. The apartment was also very gross upon move in, the bathroom had a lot of black hairs in the drawers, in the sink, in the tub, and also the paint! There was also a very stranger yellowish orange allll over the walls in the bathroom that took a lot of elbow grease to get rid of. it’s a little disheartening the condition of the apartment at move in, but once i spent some time giving it some tlc its a great spot. the parking is also terrible, as the spots are really small and the cars near my building all take up 1.5-2 spots and park terribly. I’ve taken to street parking. i adore the neighborhood and there’s a lot of great things local. i feel very safe at night. solid 2.5-3 stars.

Very disappointed that after I shared with management about how much the floor in the apartment above me creeks and groans for every foot step, how I can hear every cabinet and drawer closing, and they saw first hand the loud noise, they didn’t do anything about it. They had two months after the previous people moved out to make repairs, they said they’d make repairs, then did nothing. Now new people live there and it’s the same old stuff. Loud slamming, creeking on every single square inch of their apartment without a moments peace for me.

This complex is a nice area of DTC; however, staff here needs to get things done instead of waiting for days to get maintenance to fix something. Also, rent is high. We are paying a lot for a place when the staff takes forever to address issues. And parking is a hassle and there is a cost to that too.

The location is great, being close to Belleview Station; I can use the train for my daily commute, saving on gas and a car. The office staff have been kind to my wife and me, and we appreciate their willingness to help. Maintenance has improved their response time since we moved in two years ago. However, my biggest issue is the gym, which was promised to be open 24 hours but is not. It is only open when the leasing office is open, and due to staffing shortages, they close earlier than expected. This has been a problem since we moved in, and they still haven't implemented key fobs for the gym. Additionally, the pool was advertised as year-round, but it isn't. These inaccuracies in advertising are frustrating. The worst aspect is the towing. They are quick to tow without notice, even when parking rules change overnight. Once, they towed my car after changing an open spot to reserve, costing me a hefty fee. It's outrageous and unnecessary.

Love the area. Units are nice, but old. Changes and updates take way longer than reasonable to happen. Fitness center has taken over a year to be 24 hour, still hasn’t happened.

I like living here. Location is great. My place is very homey and great. ALL the staff is so nice and friendly. They can do a better with upkeep and ground maintenance.
Paying for parking is ridiculous after paying too much for rent. The landscape people just walk around forever blowing dust and debris all over people trying to enjoy the pool and all over cars. All apartments should have covered parking because we pay an exorbitant amount of money to live in semi decent apartments. Fixtures are very cheap and and don’t look very good. Seems like bathtubs and fixtures were installed by people with no experience at all. I’ve seen apartments from the 70s that look much better on the inside than these places.
Love how close we are to the canal, and light rail. The only complaint would be having access to the gym outside of business hours. Also having access to restrooms when using the pool outside of business hours when the office is closed.
Recently just moved into the neighborhood and Im loving it. It’s peaceful, the neighbors are very friendly along with the leasing staff. I do plan on staying here for a while !
