I plan to move here in August and i came in without an appointment. Ashtin in the front was so kind and still showed me 2 different apartments. I will definitely be moving here due to her kindness and the way the property is taken care of.

Definitely would not recommend these apts. The units are old and even in remodeled units you will have tons of issues with the ancient furnace and water leaks from the windows. The units now are overpriced plus having to pay all utilities. There will constantly be furniture filling up the dumpsters and all over the parking lot. Neighbors are extremely loud and it will sound like people above you are stomping. I moved into an apartment that is newer and in a nice area of town where I have a washer and dryer in the unit and don’t pay for water, sewer, or trash that I am only paying $30 a month more for. And even though the carpet in my unit was 10 years old and they are going to replace it they are still charging for professional carpet cleaning which is stupid. They also have a history of issues with bed bugs. My next door neighbor my first year there had gotten bed bugs and a bed bug sniffing dog was brought through all connected units. Not sure if all the furniture constantly at the dumpsters are from bed bugs or if they evict that many people.

I have been at Cimarron Hills for 2 years. The apartment staff is very nice and maintenance can help you with any problems. Good view of the golf course. Great location right by I-80. Nice amenities such as a dog park, swimming pool, workout facility and clubhouse.

The apartment they showed us on the tour is not the apartment we got. In the first 60 days of our stay here, we have had to deal with roaches, broken pipes, water damage and mold. Once management has your money, its very difficult to get in contact with them with problems. I would not suggest this apartment to anyone unless you like dealing with old, moldy, roach infested apartments.

I lived at this apartment community for six months but even for shorter period the management made arrangements for us .Also there is corporate rentals even month to month .Also the management is extremely caring . Any issue that came up during my time living here was solved the same day .So I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking to rent an apartment in this area to go for it .Initially people are reluctant but I can assure you that you will not face any problem here .The staff is very cooperative and upfront about everyone .There is no fine print in the agreement and people can rent apartment in this community without any fear or any issue .I never faced any issue even for people who live here for short time like 3 months or 6 months -even short term stay will be pleasant here .So I rate my experience at Cimmarron Hills Apartment community as excellent .

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a safe area, close to nearly everything you can imagine and the highways, and also for having the most space but lowest cost per dollar. The apartment was constantly kept in tip-top shape and I enjoyed Cimarron Hills for 3 years after I moved to Nebraska from California. There was never any issues in regards to maintenance and anything that required a call was always taken care of promptly. I wish I would have never left but alas I hope that someone uses this review and can take comfort in the fact that I would call this the best apartment in Omaha, bar-none. - Dylan

I lived at Cimarron Hills for more than three years and am absolutely satisfied. The apartment community is very neat and tidy. I am very impressed with the prompt response of the maintenance people. Also, the groundskeeping crew does such a nice job of maintaining the landscape that sometimes it's difficult to tell where the apartment ends and golf course begins. The environemnt is very friendly, safe and healthy. Libby, Mary and Holly at the leasing office are such a wonderful people, very friendly and they were always there to make sure that my stay was comfortable. I loved the 24 hour fitness center, clean pool, and the fun social activities that the clubhouse puts on every now and then (free food!). I never had any bugs or mold. They spray for bugs and keep their buildings maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Cimarron Hills and highly recommend this apartment community.
