My entire experience living her has been horrible. I have been asking for my code to the mail hub for six months and have never heard word one. The toilet is crooked, the appliances are falling apart. They have replaced two of my appliances with ones that were even worse. Every time I turn around I get reminded how much this apartment is NOT worth the rental price I am paying. The office staff doesn't give a rat's backside about tenant needs. Pool your funds with friends and rent a house. Just don't rent here. You'll regret it. I do every day.

This community was the nicest I found. The staff was amazing and so helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I toured with Matt and his energy was the best. It was the staff that sealed the deal. Jessica the manager was so kind and helpful and overall so happy with my experience

New management has taken over. I wish it was for the better. The lawn care wakes me up at 8 am EVERY Saturday! They are mowing and leaf blowing until at least 2 pm! I work Monday to Friday and lawn care used to be Tuesdays. I have aired my diasaporoval and was told this was the day they have scheduled. I wish I had known they were selling before I signed my lease in July. Look elsewhere for an apartment.

Nice apartments, great community. They just re-did the weight room and "yoga" room for the way real humans actually work out, and the common areas like the pool and parks are always kept clean. Lots of families, lots of people with dogs, and lots of friendly neighbors. If you want immaculate quiet, you should probably look elsewhere. Dogs bark, kids laugh. The walls are thick, so you won't hear the noise of your neighbors dog unless you both have your windows open, but when you do, people are respectful, because they have dogs and kids and a headache too.
I've lived here for 6 months and have loved pretty much everything about this complex. The pool is a tropical oasis, and there are always plenty of chairs available. Friendly staff, neighbors, and wonderful community facilities. They even have a yoga/dance studio to use! Very close to restaurants, bars, and the RTC. Staff members are quick to help fix or send maintenance for apartment repairs. I'm really happy I found this complex.

This complex is newly renovated in a great part of town. Easy access to shopping, dining, rtc stop is right out front of the complex, and plenty of parking around the complex itself for cars. The only downside to this apartment are the insects that come out around 10pm. I've never had any come into my apartment but I'm always careful not to step on one. There are some units that haven't been renovated so make sure to walk through the specific unit before signing the lease based off of the model unit. All of the staff are nice and professional and make sure your time at cimarron is nothing but great. You always get notified when something happens or of things happening to neighboring communities just to be safe. This is a great place to live and a very family friendly community.

I've lived here about 4 months. I've hit a few bumps in the road because it's a little bit older property but the new management that has taken over, are making great strides to not only update the property, but take care of any issues that arise quickly. We had some plumbing issues and an A/C unit that went out but both issues were fixed quickly by the amazing maintenance staff. The office staff is also very helpful. There is just one girl in the office that is slightly incompetent but the others make up for it. They've completely updated appliances and put in faux wood floors. The pool and the grounds are always clean. I feel safe walking here and around the neighborhood. And I love how quiet it is, even not being able to hear your neighbors.
