Property Ratings at Cimarron Trails
Do not stay at this place. They don't care about their tenants. They took away their teacher discount, and increased rent. Why would a company who is worth 1 billion dollars take away the $30 discount? We were told that our rent should only go up about 20 dollars when we resign, but when it was time, it was significantly more than that. In a time where many Americans are struggling, Case and Associates only care about profit, not about the people living there. The plumbing gets turned off, and sometimes an email isn't sent informing us until an hour or two later. We just go to give our baby a bath, and there is no water. I want to reiterate, this probably happened 15-20 times in the year that we lived there. The front office does not care about their tenants, and will ask them not to call to bug them about plumbing questions. They will show you an amazing apartment, but when you move in, yours will look nothing like that. The carpet is all damaged, the doors were falling off their hinges. There isn't even a light in the bedrooms. There is dog poop all over the place. There were multiple times that my daughter was out playing, and she stepped in poop. We weren't able to play outside anymore because of all the poop. They will keep putting notices on the doors telling people to pick up poop, but nothing was ever done about it. Overall, you can get a better place somewhere else with people who actually care about you.

Cheap rent...That is the only good thing I can say. Security takes forever to show up. The office staff does nothing about excessive noise from adjoining apartments. When the lady in the apartment next to you in screaming at all hours of the night, something should be done! I’ll be moving when my lease is up!!

Cimarron Trails asked me to write a review for them. First of all - the apartment we had was nice. It was spacious and had a nice layout. The grounds seem to be fairly well maintained and overall, we were happy with our experience. The reason why we did not give them a 5 star review is because of the office staff. There are (generally) 2 women who are at the office. Mary is very kind and is always helpful. We HIGHLY recommend talking to her when you come in. Stephanie on the other hand is straight up unpleasant. Whenever you go in to talk to her, she acts like you speaking to her is an inconvenience. We noticed this during our lease signing (she seemed to blow through the paperwork as fast as possible and seemed to "push us out the door"). If you have an issue, she'll fix it but in her own time if she feels like it. Several of my neighbors and I have talked and that is really the main drawback to this community. She is rude,unprofessional and really is not the person to deal with if you have an issue. Overall - the community was nice and we would have stayed there but after a few maintenance issues (i.e.: several ceiling issues) and having to talk to Stephanie one too many times, we decided it was best to take our business elsewhere
Cimarron Trails is the perfect location to live in Norman. It is just minutes away from two grocery stores, a gym, as well as several clothing stores. It is right off I-35 as well, so you have the ease of going to Moore or OKC. I have lived at Cimarron Trails for 2 years now. The complex grounds are always well kept and clean. The office staff is also very helpful and pleasant. Some of the units don't come with a washer and dryer, but there is a laundry mat onsite for residents. The amenity that I enjoy most is the pool. There are 3 located within the complex! The apartments are also pet friendly with a pet deposit. Overall, I have been beyond pleased with my experience here. I would highly recommend Cimarron Trails!
