They take care of the appearance of the property however they don't take care of the people in the property trash bins are always overfilled I've contacted them many times they never fix this problem the current manager a lady very rude and very harsh to people I do not recommend this to anyone very expensive place they are also building a 200 unit apartment across the street lots of noise pollution and it's ridiculous.
This management team in this complex are really poor and ignorance in term of customer relationship. They never respond to any communication, such as email voice mail, and never answer the phone calls. we called multiple times, no one answer, but when walked into the office a few minutes later, we found out they too busy chit and chat with each other. it's really frustrating to get any support from them. My lease agreement was held up for 3 weeks without any action, and when asked why?? the answer was they can't do anything until the person who on day off comes back to work. there is no backup person who can do another person job when they are off. This complex is a mess and unprofessional manage by this group. Will take my business someplace else when the lease is over.
Dirty place and homeless people more than rentals inside any time I was live there 1 year . So bad place
I moved here in early July and I am over all happy. It's fairly quiet, with a nice scenic creek flowing throughout (hence the Creek part of the name). Lots of laundry mats (3), but a laundry key is necessary to purchase first ($7 but worth it for the convenience). 3 pools, the main one with a Jacuzzi. The main pool also has the renters office by it, as well as a gym. I've yet to use it because it's consistently packed in there but that's to be expected with community gyms. As far as local food it's just about all Vietnamese so if your not down it get used to driving a bit. Fusion 11 is pretty great down the street, also right next to Stater Bros. my favorite grocery chain. As far as cost it's good for a nice area. Parking is good for the tenants (one covered parking and a parking pass for any non covered space). Only having friends over is a difficulty, there's a couple spots in the very front, otherwise they need to park on Bishop and trek it to your place. All in all it's a great place to live for the price!
Life can change on a dime. My conception of apartment living was very negative after living in my own home for many years. The freedom and benefits I've experienced as a renter at Cinnamon Creek have changed my perception. I love the place I now call home.
We've been living here for 4 years and very happy with the place. The grounds are lovely and well cared for. HOWEVER - they brought in a new manager and she's told a dozen long term residents (like us) that we need to remove hanging plants and decorative curtains from our deck. All decks need to look the same (un-lived in). Failure to comply and she refuses to renew the lease. Add to that: The police have been on property nearly every night for the last three weeks. There is a gate for secure parking, but the new manager refuses to give out more than one clicker for the gate per apartment, so many of us with two cars have to wait until someone opens the gate to get access. That lasted for about two weeks when they started just leaving the gates open. Now the place is no longer secure parking (although it's suppose to be). We're in a drought - and yet they water the lawn and flowers every night (twice). Often times there are lakes on the sidewalk in the morning. There is a band on any bikes or skateboards, and the kids are encourages to go two blocks away to play in the park, rather than play on the grounds. For parents with young kids this can be very frustrating as there is no place to go where the parents can watch their kids from their apartment. The general atmosphere of the complex is dark and gloomy. Parents are not happy. Kids are not happy. Long term residence are leaving. It is not what it use to be. There is a Facebook community - Cinnamon Creek Residence - where you can see lots of other people complaining about the apartment complex. It used to be a happy place, but no more.

I LIKE LIVING HERE IS BEEN VERY NICE, QUITE AND CLEAN ALL THE TIME...
The apartments are a little out dated which is kind of expected. It's about 1100 square feet, two bedrooms and two baths. We have 3 boys... 14, 10, and 6. The boys bedroom is a little small. The grounds are beautiful with many trees . The grounds are well kept. Whenever there's been an issue they've been pretty quick in fixing the problem. We have great neighbors and it's quiet. Their are many kids and my kids have lots of fun here.
