Property Ratings at Cinnamon Lake Towers
We have a new property management company and I can already see this building declining. I’ve been here 6 years and I have never seen our hallways be this disgusting on top of the main elevator being broken for over 3 months. When I first moved in, there wasn’t a roach problem, but over the years I started to seem them. Old management got on top of it with no issues. Reached out yesterday about this and NO UPDATE. Not sure if the people they use are actually usually the right stuff to get rid of roaches or not, but I’m not living like this under any circumstances. I’m truly upset to find out that two ladies from the office is gone and they were the main reason I stayed here. They were always on top of paperwork, maintenance, cleaning, etc, and now they’re gone. So now it’s a guess a game of when things will be done. It’s going on October and I still don’t have a lease. These new people are a joke.
I hated it here.. They never fix anything. Parking always sucks it's to the point where I just stopped having company come over. And the landlord and her husband literally don't do anything he just sits on the side of the building smoking cigarettes all day... I finally had to figure out why nothing in the building or apartments got fixed..

No where to park for working tents that's a big problem for me. I should be able to park my car in front of my building. So yes definitely poor parking for this property

First off management sucks the tenants are afraid to speak up because of the supervisor and manager. They handle things their way & nothing gets done. The halls are outdated elevators smell like pee and the halls smell like garbage. Don't let them fool you their reviews are written by them and tenants they know and like. overall this place is horrible. p.s the walls are paper thin.
Absolutely hated living here. Manager Maria always had an attitude when you asked to get anything fixed along with her husband who happens to be Hugo the maintenance there. Old appliances that barely even work. You don't even get new carpet they simply "clean" it. They don't even clean the parking lot probably during winter time. The stairs are always slippery. Just absolute worst place ever.
The apartments and buildings are filthy and smelly. The parking situation is a joke. Rent is entirely overpriced for the poor maintenance provided on the crumbling structure. The staff is friendly, with the exception of landlord Maria, who is frankly extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Probably the worst landlord I've ever had.
It's a pretty good apartment. I have good views from my apartment which is on the seventh floor.
Cinnamon Lake Towers My apartment has a warmth of happiness, because of the wonderful way I have decorated. The shade I have on those hot summer days is remarkable especially when the lake breeze makes the temperature inside and outside pleasantly cool to entertain company on my private patio. A view of the children playing outdoor sports is great to see. My apartment is two bedrooms, I love my master bedroom with 1/2 bath in the room. I have a full bathroom which is decorated with the sign of water, my son's room is so nice and cozy which is kept very tidy. My kitchen is small and very nice with a dishwasher and all the appliances within reach. My living room is spacious with vertical blinds that are white which highlights my furniture. I have been in this apartment 14 years and in this building 19 years, I call Cinnamon Lake Towers HOME. Regina M. Waukegan, IL
I have lived here for years. I haven't had any issues with living here. The apartments are decent and the area is safe. Close to schools and lots of stores. Easy access to the highway. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Wonderful place to live , great staff and neighbors
