My girlfriend my sister and I and my 2 dogs live in a 2 bedroom here. And the apartment is so spacious and beautiful. I’m still getting use to it. Really nice location and quiet spot. The front of staff were amazing and very kind. Thank you to them!

Circ Tucson is a great place for the monthly rent rate. Quiet area and convenient geographically.

Circ has made the move in process very easy, the apartment and community are great and welcoming. Happy I made the leap of faith.

Only been a couple of days since we moved and we love it. It’s nice quiet the staff was very helpful moving in and the other residents have been nice as well. My dogs love it too.

I enjoy living here at Circ Apartments. Leasing office staff are amazing. They are truly hard worker and always goes beyond just to help a resident. Maintenance are also great and very helpful. They are always prompt on the few maintenance issues I have.

So far, I have enjoyed living in this community! Maintenance can be frustrating as sometimes they just put “bandaids” on things as fixes instead of spending the time to fix it right the first time. I have had them return multiple times for the same problem. Only downside of this community is it feels like there broken pipes all the time and they take ALL day to fix so be prepared to have extra water on hand. Otherwise I really enjoy this place!

I have had a great experience here. Everyone is really nice and the apartment is always kept up. Nice place to live. It is a very quiet place no issues what so ever here. People are friends. Staff is really nice.

The Circ team made it so easy to move across country. Everything was ready to go once I got here. The apartment is close to the highway but quiet and serene. The space is cozy but spacious and staff is excellent.

Circ Tucson is an apartment complex that has decent amenities, average location, and average prices. They are one of the apartment complexes that uses the software to price gouge out competitors. They claim that their prices are competitive with all the apartments around them which all use the same software.

Circ Tucson, especially Angela, took care of me when I was moving across the country. They made sure I knew exactly what I was signing, showed me the apartment in depth and went out of their way to assist in ANY way possible. I am SO grateful for Cir Tucson!

These apartments are so beautiful! The grounds are well taken care of and all amenities are clean and ready for use. Everyone who lives and works here is great. The front desk workers are amazing and so very kind!

I really like it so far, this is the first apartment i’ve moved into and it’s nice. I really love the view from my porch where i can see the city lights since i’m on the second floor.

It's been more than two months and they still haven't repaired the ceiling on the inside of my room. There's always an excuse to justify their lack of professionalism. It's always the same. It takes weeks and even months to make repairs.

CIRC was my only choice when I came to visit in June, 2023. I was greeted with a smile, I toured the 2/2 units & was impressed by the room they had, the balcony/patios & spacious area. Three important things to me was a great size dog park, in-unit washer & dryer & the safe location. The staff, management & maintenance are all extremely attentive. The location of CIRC is near a lot of plaza’s, restaurants! I highly recommend CIRC to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Love it here!! Great apartments! It’s super calm here and the service is great. I have never struggled with anything and when I do, I get help immediately.

Besides the parking, these apartments are a great place to live. The surroundings are beautiful, perfect for a little stroll. It's a fairly big complex but worth the walk.

It was a really nice apartment and I enjoyed my stay all throughout. The staff are nice and I love how it was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I would love to recommend this apartment to anyone I know

My partner and I have lived here for about 3 years now and we have had a wonderful experience. We’ve had a couple issues with the AC unit but maintenance always takes care of it and are quick to respond. We have had an overall positive experience here.

It’s been good, very nice staff and everything gets done pretty fast, good prices you can’t beat, the parking is okay it definitely can be better hate that I bought a parking spot for it to still be far from my apartment

The office puts on fun events on occasion. And will communicate through email to let you know of any upcoming events. Typically fun for all ages.

The apartment management and maintenance staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Great location for basic stores. I really can’t recommend this place enough.

I just renewed my lease for another 8 months. It’s a pleasant place to live. They’ve added a shade area in the dog park and keep up the pool areas.

It's the worst. Like living in a dumpster and let's the rain in. Smells weird looks worse. Avoid at all costs.

Best apartments to live so far. I love the resources and amenities available to us residents, I love the environment we live, green trees and grass, the many stairs around good for a walk and many more.

Apartment maintenance does not to they’re job well. Plumbing, toilet and drain are old and dirt. Overall apartments are cozy but not updated or renovated

I’ve been here almost a year now and just renewed my lease. The lease renewal process was very easy and smooth. I’ve enjoyed my time here and look forward to the next upcoming year ahead!

I have had a great experience with living here. The staff is really nice. And always answers all my questions. When I have a maintenance issue they are always there in a timely manner and get the job done. It’s a very clean and quiet community. I love living here.

Good amenities and friendly staff. The fitness center is smaller but not usually busy so it works. You never know what kind of neighbors you might get but most of them are fairly friendly.

This is a cute little place to live. I’ve been here for awhile now and everyone is so nice and welcoming. The area is well maintained as far as the pool, the gym and the landscaping. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

My residential experience has been pleasant. My son and I feel it is in a welcoming community. The area is convenient and quite neighborhood. You have no problem getting to work ,shopping or medical needs. Great location...we made a Great choice.

The front desk and maintenance are always helpful! It is unfortunate that we get random cars parking in our spot. I appreciated the communication from the office when they sent a reminder of the towers info.

I will be a new resident in august and the customer service is awesome! place looks very neat and amenities look spacious. The apartments are very spaceful and feels like home.

It is pretty quiet and in a great location. I love having in-unit washers and dryers. It is very convenient. Close to everything you need in the city.

When I visited The Circ in June, 2023, Immediately like the complex. It was neat, clean plenty of things to do. I knew That wanted to live here. A year later June 2024, I made that a reality! The staff has been amazing as I move from NY in Aug. Alexis has been amazing as well & is great with Communication!
