Property Ratings at Circa 37
The manager specifically is the worst. There’s some great office staff but the manager I’ve dealt with doesn’t communicate effectively, charging us pet rent even though they have nothing but complaints about the pet, etc. There are plenty of other places to live that would be better. Most of the neighbors suck too.
Don't get me wrong, I think the apartment itself is beautiful. However, for the price... it is NOT worth it. I hear sirens go off every two hours. Helicopters circle the apartment complex more than you think...Cars have been broken into and Motorcycles being stolen. If you get lucky, you may see a nude homeless man in the trashcans. It's nice but not for the price with all this crime going on here..
Lived there for a year and had little interaction with the management. They did a a decent enough job while we lived their but when we moved out they lied about damage providing sketchy photos from who knows where and blaming my dog for damage he didn't do all to keep deposit. He wasn't even allowed in one room and they claimed damage. We left a clean and undamaged apartment but they charged outrageous rates for carpet cleaning and replacement. They are not honest people.
Without a doubt, this was one of the worst apt rental experiences I have had. The management group nickel and dimed on any and everything, coming up with new expenses at move out so that they didn't have to return our security deposit. Additionally while living there, I had several packages stolen [despite the Parcel Pending lockers], there were car break ins, and personally I think the amenities were lack luster [especially the gym, which is incredibly small]. Wish I would have spent a little more time finding a better property.
Live here for a year and I regret every minute, staff are rude and do not help with issues. Please rent some other place.
If your someone who loves amenities this is the place for you. The pool and workout areas are top notch. The downside is the appliances in the kitchen are super cheap. The cabinets will start to peel as they are not made from real wood. The fridge is also a cheap model that will most likely give you some problems. The neighbors are awesome and the parks nearby are 5 star. However, they really need to put some speed bumps on Westside drive because between 11pm and 5am cars are using it as a place to rev up and race down the street. So be aware that at 2am you may be waken up by a loud rev of a sports car. The staff at the office are extremely friendly and they communicate very well with emails and plenty of updates. This place has the potential to be 5 star.
