Apartment is decent, but you will hear everything your upstairs neighbor does, everything your nextdoor neighbor does etc. I have been woken up by my upstairs neighbor shaking my apartment walls with how loud they stomp more than my alarm clock. Should also probably expect to do some of your own pest control as well. Pool is nice, exercise room is ok, but expensive and the fees under new management have jumped from $40 to $120. So add an extra $100 to the base rent before you move in. Update: they also have a partnership with a company called Rocky's not the one in Tampa, but a different one which has no website, and no listed contact info. If your vehicle is registered with the Florida DMV but a tag gets stolen or gets mud on it obscuring it your car will get towed without your notification in the middle of the night, and you will be charged $300+. This is done with the express approval of and partnership of Circa apartments so you will want to take pictures of your license and park near the entrances to prevent the car from being towed.

We lived there for about 7 months and we left because the place is full of bugs and roaches. The new management is horrible! Not friendly and charged you insane fee when you decide to leave. FishHawk is a great area so stay away from this place. And the fireplace does not look anything like the picture they post.

Been here 6 months. If you like being in the middle of nowhere this is the place for you....way too far of a commute to Tampa. And the traffic in Fishhawk is the worst Ive ever seen. The apts are cheap. Low quality appliances, thin walls and floors. You will hear everything above a whisper. We are going on day 8 with no working elevator in a 4 story building. They claim its being repaired....8 days? Really?? Tired of watching older residents struggle to carry groceries up 4 flights. There is absolutely no communication from the rental manager to residents. We never know what happening. If you call to ask its like you are bothering them. Im sure they make commissions on bringing in new renters, not keeping existing ones happy. The buildings are not maintained very well. You'd expect more for the over priced rents they charge. Has a very low rate of people that renew. Most move. Lots of open units. Lots of gashes in the walls, rugs are all filthy black from spilled trash bags, all of the hallways stink of trash too. People just pile it up in the halls. Parking is a joke. Either on the street or in a filthy nasty back lot full of nails and trash. There are 5 dead broken down cars there right now, one with 2 flats, no bumper, broken glass. Hasn't moved in months, dumping oil all over. They do nothing. If something breaks, good luck trying to get it fixed. You will wait months and have to call 10 times before they send anyone to fix it. Don't be fooled by the nice office or lobby. The web site is also a misrepresentation of the truth. Take a look at the dark hallways full of trash. Try to use the pool some weekend...its loaded with kids who don't even live here. They invite their entire family to swim, forcing out residents who don't want to listen to kids screaming all day. And the pool water is filthy. These people don't care, they let babies with diapers swim and drop crap in the water. OMG I saw it twice. Live anywhere else.

Live anywhere else. The lobby and web site trick you into thinking its luxury or upscale. The price also makes you think that. The truth is, the units are all cheap. Cheap appliances, thin walls. Once they cash your deposit it all changes. Its dirty, pool is filthy, other residents pile up trash everywhere. Then they bill you for all sorts of extras you can't get out of like door pick up trash, pet fees, bug fees, etc...a huge rip off. Plus you are literally in the middle of nowhere. It not even close to Tampa. OMG and the local traffic is horrible.

I really enjoy living at Circa. I moved here from out of state and found this community to be very family friendly. My apartment is cozy and the staff is always friendly. I love the elementary school being so close so I can walk to pick up the kids.

Property manager (Maria) is very unreasonable, shows attitude and very arrogant. Only reason we stayed in this apartments is because it is walk-able to our kids schools.

They will try to keep any rent you are due back if your apartment gets re-rented with 2 month rent back option. We left 3 months ago and are still fighting to get 1 months rent back. They even admit we should get it back but if we didn’t follow thru we would be out $$. Maintenance doesn’t follow thru on issues and tried to enter our apt without 24 hour notice. Luckily I was home. Simply writing a nice reply to this review does not solve the issues with management and maintenance. Take action to fix your numerous bad reviews!

When I called "emergency maintenance" on a Sunday, I was told I'd have to wait for an hour and a half. I guess he didn't want to leave the football game! Then he hung up on me. Why am I paying $1,100 per month for this??? Can't wait to GET OUT!

I really enjoy living here the staff has been great helped me every time I have needed it. Maintenance has been on time and taken care of any issues I have had.They are still building on but I have not had any issues while its going on and I am at home during the day. The property is great and landscaping is really pretty. This property is great and the area is beautiful.
If you're looking for luxury, this is NOT the place. When you think of Fishhawk you would presume it to be quiet, enjoyable living. These apartments are the complete opposite. They are extremely over priced for what you have to live with. The construction of the buildings are cheap and sloppy. There is absolutely ZERO insulation between the walls and floors/ceilings. Forget asking the staff for assistance with any of your complaints or concerns, they NEVER answer the phone, they do not read emails thoroughly, and they never remember who you are when you visit the office numerous times. They look at you with a blank stare as if wishing you'd just go away. Unfortunately, they chose the wrong job if they can't handle situations appropriately and exercise professional and courteous customer service. The office staff is poorly trained. You will continuously receive the excuse of "Well, it's new construction." Sorry excuse I am sick of hearing. There are plenty of buildings that have been up and running for months now. The kinks should have been resolved by now. The elevators break down each week. The apartments were rushed and thrown together too quickly in order to rent the units and bring in money. Therefore, when you move in nothing works and nothing is installed correctly or fully. All doors are keyless but never work consistently so beware you WILL be locked out of your building or unit at some point and it won't be a fun experience. You will not feel safe knowing the doors do not function properly at all times and anyone can walk in. It was told to us that just prior to moving in many units had appliances stolen out of them and had to be replaced. This made us feel very uncomfortable knowing the doors never work the way they are made to. It's too bad these apartments are giving a bad name to the wonderful Fishhawk area.

I can ensure you with our new staff you should feel important (because you are), I also want to make sure all these issues have been resolved for you. The best advertising is word of mouth and we want to ensure all our residents have an enjoyable and comfortable experience with their apartment home. Whether that be for year or many years. Do not move in here! Unless you are a teenager fresh out of high school you will hate it here. It is worse than dorm living. The construction of this apartment is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no insulation between floor and ceiling and the flooring above you is hardwood. This allows for every noise to be heard, but if you have noisy upstairs neighbors it makes it unlivable. Forget complaining to the office. They will not help you at all. And pray you don't have any maintenance issues because that will also get ignored. The place is overridden with newly graduated highschoolers that throw loud, obnoxious parties into the early morning. The only thing done is a letter sent to people asking them to pretty please not do it again. I know it's an apartment and there are some things you have to be understanding of. I am just warning those apartment searching. Renter beware, this place is a nightmare. It looks pretty, but the construction is awful. Rent on the top floor and pray for no maintenance issues!
The faux wood floors, granite countertops in bath and kitchen (including island counter) and the custom color paint on all walls makes this apartment a warm and inviting place to call home. The extra wide hallway and extra tall interior doors to all rooms and closets lends a modern and sophisticated feel to the unit. The balcony overlooking the community pool is the cherry on top!
