DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I have been here 3 months and I have had my motorcycle stolen amazon packages stolen and caught someone trying to break into my apartment. Management does nothing. For almost 2k a month you can definitely find better. Theses apartment suck. The security gatesmy as well be non extent because they're always open.

I have lived here two years almost and cannot wait for my lease to end here. There are countless reasons as to why but the lack of management caring at all about residents, constantly pushing back work orders as simple as an ice maker, there are always homeless people using drugs in the stairwell. One time the office told me that I should call the police and handle it myself and they can’t do anything. What a joke. This property is a mess and you often will find urine, used condoms and other smells in the hallways, trash chutes and stairwells. If you want to live in filth with a management company that is incompetent, live here.

This place is absolutely disgusting and the homeless that surround the building is tragic. The staff lack basic communication skills and maintenance is nonexistent.

Management is the WORST. This place does NOT have security and the garage gates are ALWAYS broken. Trash room is a legit hazard from the pile of trash. Cracks on walls and ceilings from roof leaks. Poor job to repair. Elevators never work and the communication is nonexistent.

Lived here before it was Cirq 44. I wish I would not have resigned. The incompetence with this company is mind boggling. Was charged for 6 months of no insurance. I had insurance. Sent them proof of it, and had to follow up again 3 months later since they didn’t do anything about it. 48 hour enter notices, given 14 hours before Pool was closed to resurface and to make it heated. Pool was never heated. Hot tub control was removed. Now the water is just warm and no jets. We were never advised on this. Fireplace by the hot tub still has not been fixed even though multiple orders have been put in. Grill area by the pool is not opened still, and again no communication. Gym is still not reopened, even if they can be reopened. No communication from the property. Pool was reopened, but they changed the hours on us without telling us, and sent us an email the day after. People jumped the fence on Sunday since we did not know. Water pressure heavily reduced. Overall a bad experience, since the corporate office does not communicate at all and can’t seem to have a brain to make decisions. Waiting for March to move out.
I really don’t have any to complain about here. It’s gorgeous, well maintained, gorgeous landscaping and pretty quiet. My only complaint is that there are a bunch of little fees that really add up; community electric $25 parking $25 for first vehicle $50 for the second, pest water sewer trash are typical but it ends up being an extra $100+ on top of your base rent. Just keep that in mind when you see the already high listing price. Something else to consider are the two gas stations on the corner that attract a lot of homeless traffic through the property. It’s all locked and key entry only but it gets old if you’re out walking a dog or spending time outdoors. Other wise my only complaint is since the new management took over, they have been so rude. It’s the little things.

Just re-signed to live another year at Trillium 44! I've moved apartments/home on yearly basis for my whole time in the Phoenix Valley. It has been nice to find a place that makes me want to stay! The community is friendly and attentive. Lots of dog people (a plus for me!) and speedy front desk staff who have handled all my concerns efficiently and politely. Maintenance is kind and responsive and the regularly scheduled community events is a plus. Location is central to EVERYTHING. Would recommend!

Water supply goes out...you go to washroom and turn on tap to see no water and no prior info from management. Car gets broken on topmost floor parking.People keep on playing loud music all day long......sometimes whole night during saturday and sundays.Front office takes little action and security does virtually NOTHING.This is very costly place for cheap living experience not what you see in pictures or expect for exorbitant price.Multiple changes in front office as well as recent change in management company.

Bill, from maintenance, said that they no longer do lock-outs. That was most unfortunate when I lost my apt keys and had no way to get back in. I had to call a locksmith who kept asking if there was a master key. Even if they do have one they weren't willing to help out a temporary resident in need. I can hardly believe that helping out a neighbor is need is such a burdensome request for a self-proclaimed luxury, urban environment. I'm glad my stay here is only temporary.
I've lived in Phoenix for 3 years now. Each year at a different community. Now we're here at Trillium and we really like it! This is the first time we have wanted to renew our lease at the same place. Super awesome and friendly staff, incredible amenities. The gym is actually really good. The lights seemed to have burnt out quick in our apartment, but all of our maintenance requests have been quick and easy. Mostly young professionals that live here so sometimes gets a little noisy on the weekends, but not too bad. The neighborhood seems sketchy at first, but we feel really safe here often leaving our door unlocked when we leave. Just overall great experience. Not much to complain about. :)
After living at Trillium 44 for about 4 months now we already want to leave. I am giving it two stars only because the staff on duty is lovely,very helpful, and understanding. But still, I DO NOT recommend living here. The ceilings are as thin as paper. We hear every step of our upstairs neighbors at all hours. The amenities are awesome, expect for the fact that when we moved in it was promised they would be 24 hours and now everything closes at midnight. All the residents are being punished because of a few rowdy people the (second) security company they hired hasn't been able to deal with. Our room suffered water damage during a rainstorm and carpet was dried out but the leak has not been fixed so every time it rains we have to repeat the situation. We have heard of others having issues with lighting fixtures as well. This building is priced much higher than it should be. I wouldn't mind everything if rent wasn't 850. The utility admin fee has been raised, even though the lease agreement says otherwise. The pet fee is outrageous. Most apartments have a 300 deposit. Trillium 44 has a 250 fee, 250 deposit, and 25 a month per pet. All in all this building has disappointed us because they have broken the promises they made which drew us to live here in the first place. So if you want to live somewhere that has similar policies and freedoms of a college dorm but pay double the price, this is the place for you.
Trillium Residential is known for great management, bringing the community together, and quality apartment homes. Trillium 44 is certainly no exception! Great location next to the light rail, ASU, and downtown phoenix. All your shopping needs can be fulfilled right up 44th street.
