Property Ratings at Cirque Residences
we love living here, the staff is always kind and helpful and the dog park on the 7th floor made this an easy yes for us. We have lived here a year now and will be renewing our lease.
Everything has been great and smooth so far, I am happy with how everything has turned out. I hope it continues to be great, I was referred by a friend.
Great environment, friendly staff, maintenance gets to you quick. The Cirque is beautiful and the location is even better. I do not regret moving here at all.
Love everything Cirque! Great amenities, staff, mini dog park, valet service… you name it! Close access to games and concerts! Couldn’t have made a better decision to move here
It's been a fantastic stay; love the availability of the drinks, food, entertainment, and the views. The staff is great, and the apartments are stunning. I highly recommend the experience of living at Cirque!
The move in process was seamless, the leasing office staff are very easy to work with, they make you feel right at home. They also work with you on anything that you need help with.
Graat views. Great features and finishing of the apartment. Value for money. Absolutely love it
Good move in experience overall. Concierge staff are very friendly and helpful!
Elevators are far too slow and are often delayed. Televisions in fitness room are broken.
Cirque does an amazing job keeping all areas of the property clean and sanitized 24/7. The amenities and staff are the best I have experienced!
Very nice atmosphere and location for all your business and personal needs.
The cirque has always been an amazing building Very dog friendly and human friendly they are always here to help with a situation you may need help with this
We've been at Cirque for almost 5 years now and cant imagine living anywhere else. From Management, Leasing, Concierge and Maintenance, we enjoy calling Cirque our home!
Cirque is the worst building I have ever lived in. The leasing office lied about the building renovation timeline and tricked me into a one year lease in a unit that was next-door to a unit being renovating, meaning I lived next to jackhammering and had to work from home in terrible noise conditions. While complaining for the last year, its become evident that management does not care one bit.
Its horrible. Dont live here. Cirque is the perfect name because you'll feel like a clown for living here.
Cirque rooms are nice, great finishes, nice appliances, however; outside of the home, everything else is horrible. The workers dont start and finish 9-5 as the weekly email states. Workers start early and keep going late a few days a week. During the work day, people plan conference calls around the start of the noise so when they do not stick to their schedule it makes working from home become impossible. The lobby is still not done, the bar in the business center is not done. The business center does not even have one desktop or laptop nor any printers. I have never been to an apartment and not seen a designated work space for residents with multiple computers and at least one printer. I do not know why cirque didnt not include this in that center. Due to the renovation on the lobby, there is no valet. Also people have to exit cirque through a concrete stairwell and out of a back door due to the lobbys closing. There has also been the same piece of gum in the cup holder of the stair master in the gym for the past two months which shows the equipment isnt cleaned properly, if at all.
Everything is great
Service team has been great so far. Super friendly and gets the requests completed quickly. Would like to add a job complete text maybe when the work is completed or a paper tag or copy left on counter possibly. Sandra is also a rockstar!
Great place to live
Love living here
Everything is great. Anyone looking in victory park should check this place out
Amenities are not available as promised. Elevators take too long. The rent is too high for the lower floors. I would be happy to pay this same rent on a much higher floor as many others are paying much lower than I am.
I was repeatedly lied to about construction and am very unhappy about this
Cant recommend cirque because the construction is vague and never completed
Cirque is okay. Just ok. I was coming from another high rise in The Flats over at the Heights at Park Lane. There you actually feel like you're part of a community, they have a gorgeous club house for use, their pool actually stays in the sun until about 5pm, and the surrounding area has everything you could possibly want. Cirque is overpriced. The amenities are not all that, the pool is incredibly small and in the shade by 2pm at the latest. They charge an arm and a leg to reserve anything, and that's on top of the monthly amenity fee you're already paying. There was a fire last August and the halls are still stripped as I write this review in May. The sound proofing is poor, considering how much noise can come in from stadium and freeway traffic. Steve the concierge is constantly changing how many valet spots you're "allowed" to have. the lights in the units and in the hallways are entirely too bright and electric looking. Had to buy a bunch of warm light lamps just so I could drift to sleep without necessarily being in total darkness. Overall just not worth the money or hype. I will be leaving end of lease.
This apartment hi-rise is modern and everywhere you smell pot. It is convenient to American Airlines and train station. The elevator is slow and always broken and busy. Lots of pets there and not quiet.
Living at the Cirque... Beautiful building, newly updated gym, small but decent dog walk area, beautiful infinity pool. Onsite concierge and valet. Occasional social events, though nothing memorable these days. Biggest issue for this apt is the location during events at the American Airlines Center. Traffic is insane. It can take between 10- 40 extra minutes just to get into the garage - plus an argument or two with traffic guards depending on their mood. Currently with all of the construction, there are some additional road blocks, with on a normal day can also add time to travel in and out.
I have found Cirque to be a great community for a busy professional. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The facilities are kept clean and updated. The gym is complete enough that I don't feel a need for a membership elsewhere. The apartments are spacious; maintenance responds promptly to problems.
