Property Ratings at Cirque West
Moved out due to incoming cig/pot/cigar and some other smells into this apartment that made the tenant very sick and hospitalized. landlord trying to say it is avail before keys are even handed in. Thin Thin walls and seems like banging on the walls from neighbors is quite ramped up here. Hope you enjoy what you are paying for. But non smoking grounds should mean that. Not give a pass to those smoking inside.
