Great apartments and facilities. Just no one to maintain the tech in the amenities areas. Location is convenient. Used to have a problem with towing but they stopped that, however did not notify residents of the policy change. And mandatory fees (valet trash, amenities) mean that the rental rate you see advertised can be misleading

This is a newly-built, modern, and clean apartment complex. It is a good location and quite peaceful during the weekdays. I found it very relaxing just sitting at the balcony and looking at the people or sky.

So amazing
I think my favorite part about the community is the office staff, especially Quenesha! She is just an angel and has been so helpful! Really I asked her the most random questions and have called at least 1000x's a day and she has still been so sweet and kind to me! Besides the beautiful property I couldn't have had asked for a person, I am so excited to live here!

I absolutely have loved my experience with Citadel, since moving in and prior to. Every time that I've come in to the office, they have always had taken COVID precautions, makes me feel safe. I had a mix up in the beginning, but we're all people and misunderstandings/mistakes can happen. However, the Citadel Team's response was to make it work and to help me with in having a 'stress-free move-in'. Which I did! :) Since move in, I've loved the amenities and the resident portal! Super updated community & resident self-serve programs/aps which make me feel like I'm actually living in 2020, compared to dated apartments I've previously lived in.

My time at Citade Tech Ridge has been great. I live in Houston but work in Austin and having a place to stay when I'm in town for work has been wonderful. The location is central to my job and all the fun things Austin has to offer, food, shopping, etc. The office staff are wonderful and really care about the community. Definitely recommend Citadel Tech Ridge.

If you are looking for a great place to live in Austin, LOOK NO FURTHER! Citadel at Tech Ridge is the greatest place and has the best staff on the planet. The apartments are nice, clean, and safe. The community of people living here are all so kind and friendly. The staff is excellent and their willingness to serve you in any way is unmatched! Serious Quality Issues With Poor Management Response
My daughter's experience with a new apartment here has been nothing short of terrible. Her apartment has a concrete floor, which has "flaked" and cracked in numerous places, since the day she arrived. She notified them of this issue during her initial move-in inspection of the apartment, and the problem only grew worse over time. Despite multiple contacts with the apartment administration (including emails with many photos clearly depicting the issue), it has now been over two months since the problem was reported, and she still has no feedback from management as to what they propose to do to solve this issue. Her flooring looks terrible, so much so that she is embarrassed to have anyone visit. Then, to add insult to injury, her refrigerator stopped working (resulting in her having to throw out all of the contents), and despite two visits by maintenance to address the issue, it still is not consistently cooling properly, such that she is only keeping a minimum amount of food in it, for fear the food will spoil when the unit malfunctions. And I won't even make this review any longer by describing the issue she has with drainage in the small yard her apartment includes. Bottom line, I strongly recommend anyone considering an apartment at this complex reconsider. All indications are that the overall quality of these apartments is suspect, and clearly management is unacceptably unresponsive to the issues.

When someone became sick at my door and the enclave next to my unit, maintenance, specifically Ben quickly and thoroughly cleaned and hosed down the area. Because this occurred right before a two-day holiday for the staff, I phoned the office; Jose understood my needs and expedited its resolution. Further, Rachel Ellis from the management team called to follow-up on the completion of the work. It has been a pleasure living at the Citadel these last six months.

Citadel Tech Ridge has a very easy application and move in process. The leasing office staff is very personable and responds promptly. The units themselves are quite large and the bathrooms in the 2x2's are huge!
