be aware of the terrible parking situation before making a decision to live here. Every evening, it's near impossible to find a spot near your apartment and it's a constant struggle. I highly advise looking into other options before committing to living here. Definitely not worth the rent you pay to have to park on the street...ridiculous horrible planning

I have lived in this apt community since 2019 and the new management is awful. -Last-minute notice to bring in a cashier's check or money order for rent two months in a row. -New pay system has $3 fee and you can't set the autopay to just pay the total bill amount. -Recycling dumpster closed. Pretty sure this is required by the city. -Valet trash costs like $30 for them to never pick up your garbage for days especially if they can't see the bag in the can from a distance, if it's in a black bag instead of white, or if it's more than 3 lbs. Or majority it seems like sometimes they just don't feel like it. -Parking on the street due to not having enough on the property makes it dangerous pulling out of the community onto Richland Hills Dr. -Front gates have been broken for months. -They were supposed to powerwash the buildings starting on 13June, it took till 29June to get to mine apparently. Honestly, I feel like it went from Luxury apartments to trash. I'm sure rent at renewal is still going to skyrocket though. So disappointed. I really liked this community before this new management.

Tis the season and looks like the ants are on patrol. Pest control was done and all work was completed in one visit
Dont move here and less do you want to be fooled. Management does not explain things properly to you when it comes to parking and any other things that you would not have known before hand. Management is very rude and has a very sarcastic undertone to them when speaking to anyone in their staff.
The maintenance team is the best around. Every work order gets done and within a reasonable amount of time. Often times, within the same day!
Great clean place to live in. Very secure and professional everyone in this community. totally recommended. The only drawback is no assigned parking and because it is a pet-friendly community, some residents don't clean after their pets, but I guess nothing is perfect
Apartments in general look nice, but are poorly constructed. Fixtures are crooked, sloppy paint jobs, sharp staples around the edges of the carpet, walls are thin,etc.

This is a lovely community. I have lived here (two different apartments) for the past almost three years. The pool and the gym are great, and the staff is great despite challenges posed in the past year by COVID.
Its a beautiful place with a peaceful environment.
The property is well maintained and the floorplans spacious with lots of light. The attached garage is a plus not found at most apartments that are not narrow townhouses. The office staff are friendly and accommodating.

If you love peace and quiet, great amenities, a comfy place to call home then citadel at Westpointe is where you want to be!
The community is beautifully built, managed well, and is in the BEST location one could imagine. Every apartment community comes with its fair share of challenges but The Citadel at Westpointe faces those challenges head on and finds solutions to give its residents a better living experience when compared to other places I have lived.
Its alright. Nothing to write home about.
It's a nice community. I don't think this community faces any or more issues than any other community with the exception that it is a bit pricey. That being said, if we're playing this much in monthly rent, I think at the very least, we should have our maintenance request honored. If I'm paying to have ceiling lights i.e. a light in my washer/dryer area, I should have that light.
I’ve just put in my 60 day notice. Don’t move here unless you want to park your car in the street, don’t believe me just pass buy this place at night you will see the whole side of the street full of cars. I’ve had my car towed just do yourself a favor and don’t move here.

Suzanna and the staff have been attentive and so their best at tackling issues arising with a brand new complex. I do wish the less-than courteous tenants could be held accountable for treating someone elses property with such low esteem. Its NOT managements job to pick up after lazy pet owners or the children being taught responsibility but no parent out with them on their pet walks. Its a major issue..one of many that I can genuinely imagine frustrates property Managers and maintenance. I do think PET DNA investment could be a great investment for all Apartment complexes...because we tenants sign pet addendum responsibility requirements, but have no recourse for the inconsiderate pet owners actions that affect our pets health...especially for those service and support Pet parents.
My husband and I moved in to our apartment in November of 2018 and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and property. We knew that it was new construction and that comes with a few kinks that needed to be worked out...but that's expected. The ladies in the office and the maintenance staff do everything they can to make sure any issues are resolved. We could never hear our neighbors, next door not upstairs, which is the first time I have ever experienced that in an apartment. I could honestly go on forever about all the great things at Citadel, but I'll leave it at PLEASE GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! It is a brand new property very pretty that's all. Management pick and choose who to help. Only friendly person at the office it is Tiffany. Everyone else seem to have a bad day. Property maintenance lazy and not knowledgeable on their job. They only enforce certain rules. Garbage piled up and maintenance don't keep up with their ground daily work. Be careful with your private property as maintenance will get into your apartment and steal your property. Multiple break in to vehicles and even TV stolen from the common areas. Also you are not allow to have more than one car per lease holder. So if you love cars your are not allow to have more than one space. Also you can hear everything through the walls including not limited to alarm from your neighbors. Last but not least you can get better price and more space you get same area in other apartment
Wonderful pool, cozy places to have outdoors in each apartment area (the swings, grass, ping pong tables). Elevator for bringing groceries to the upstairs floors. Many little perks that make life nice.

Its excellent. The rent is a bit expensive depending on what kind of set up you want but the location, amenities, and just ease of everything makes living here worth it
I highly recommend Citadel for living it's a pleasure living here. In all terms.
I have lived in many places all over the United States,this is one of the best so far. The staff here is so kind and pleasant to deal with,the complex looks so nice and is a joy to come home to everyday.Any time I have company they always admire this place . Thank you to the hard working staff (all staff) that makes this place so pleasant to live in.
Good community so far, love the open floorplan and even though there are some hiccups cause of construction, once that's settled, it should get better.
The property is beautiful. The amenities are what Ive been looking for in a home environment. The staff is very kind and always willing to take the time to talk.

Leasing at Citadel was the best decision I could have made. From the minute I moved into my unit, my mind was already set on renewing my lease next year!
There have been some issues with the resident noise however, Management is taking care of that matter
Citadel at Westpointe is wonderful place to live. The staff is professional and helpful. They are courteous and efficient. The maintenance has been superb so far. Ive put in service request in the morning and have gotten them taken care of the same day. Its a great location with restaurants, home stores and day-to-day needs nearby.
