DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The management will charge you extra for everything. They will not work with you and they are beyond rude. It is also very UNSAFE. There were CONSTANT break ins. I just moved out this month(after living there 2 years) and I can’t tell you how many cars were broken into. They stated they were getting “security” but no one was ever there or reachable. The garage gate was alwaysss broken too. They left the mailroom door open so many many packages were stolen. Very unclean as well, there was constantly dog poop all in the hallway. It would be there for weeks!! Just to show you how rude they are…..I moved out and had the place cleaned. I even took photos showing how spotless it was. They still charged me a very large amount for a “cleaning fee” and would not give it back to me. They never did a walk through with me when I asked as I was leaving (which was in the contract)….so I asked if I’m all set or if I would be charged anything else and they said no. Then surprise, I get a large fee from them. They truly don’t care about their residents. Do yourself a favor and look past this place. Live somewhere else!

Lived here for 15 months from mid 2020 to late 2021 and have seen two to three dozen cars in that time span with their wheels stolen. Yes, 24-36 cars on cinderblocks in less than a year and a half. They keep blaming it on 'criminal activity in the heights' while never getting adequate security to prevent this from happening. We moved out in Dec 2021 and left our apartment absolutely spotless and in leasable condition and they deducted us a $90 'heavy clean' fee from our security deposit still. I could have hired cleaners on my own dime and had the place be in worse condition than we left it. Don't live here, your car and your money are safer living literally anywhere else in the heights.

We follow our lease contract and community policy when assessing charges and fees. Unfortunately, at times we do need to deduct money from security deposits for conditions upon moving out. These necessary cleaning charges ensure that the apartments are in the same condition after moving out as when a resident first moved in. Sadly having your car left on bricks is a norm here . Management does nothing but send copy and paste mass emails to their residents saying they are working “closely” with HPD. This is not true. There are cars left on bricks almost every month. Don’t let the nice interior fool you. Management never helps, rent is too expensive for this type of security. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Long story short: this complex has a serious issue with break-ins in the garage. On FOUR separate occasions, multiple cars and trucks have had tires and parts stolen. The complex continues to hire cheap security companies that always happen to miss the crime until after the fact and are very seldom at the gate or on patrol (I think I've seen them at the gate twice?). There is a clear problem here with crime that I'd strongly consider before moving in. There are plenty of other apartment complexes in Houston that charge far less for rent that somehow manage to keep all their tires in place. Hope this helps.

I moved in around the time this building opened and moved out recently. The apartment was aesthetically nice, with lots of space, and high ceilings. We also had a large balcony which was really nice to work from home. There is a ton of storage space and we definitely took that for granted after we left. It is also right next to the bayou which is ideal for walking dogs and biking. The cons include terrible dog owners who didn't clean up after their dogs inside the building and stairwell despite the leasing office sending emails about this. There are a lot of young (early to mid 20s) renters and they were a little bit loud. It wouldn't have been that bad had it not been for the extremely thin walls and floors. You can hear every step residents take in the apartment above you. All in all, it feels as if the building tried to fit as many units in as possible and it showed. I would have taken .5-1 foot lower ceilings if it meant less noise from the unit above. The cabinetry is also poorly built. We have had several cabinet and dishwasher malfunctions. Other than that, there were safety concerns that were promptly addressed by the building. There was a discussion led by the management company with the residents to identify gaps and opportunities to improve. The lease doesn't allow for subletting the unit so that's something to be aware of.

I've lived here for three weeks now and i've loved every minute. The access on and off of 610 is great and the apartments themselves are beautiful. The staff has also been very kind and helpful. They've thought of everything! I especially love the Samsung appliances (!!) and not having any carpet in my apartment to have to try to keep clean.
