The renovations they’ve done are incredible and I love all the amenities but the Starbucks machine in the clubhouse is what helped seal the deal! You also can’t beat the location!

we’ve now changed property management companies to the third just in 2022 alone. the “gated community” that we pay rent increase after rent increase toward hasn’t functioned since early March and we have homeless traffic all over the property, package theft, drug paraphernalia and vehicles violated regularly. BEWARE!
Nothing is done around here with out your reaching out to maintenance and management 3-4x times. I have late fees on my account that shouldn’t be there, my air conditioning broke 5 days ago and isn’t fixed in the middle of summer, my washing machine was broken upon moving in. Management doesn’t email back about problems so you have to go in.

Ms Patricia and Destiny have been outstanding and provided exceptional service the entire time I’ve lived here. They’re definitely the ones there keep this property together along with the the maintenance. There just need to be more awareness and cleanliness to the property grounds in all areas.

I love living here. I just signed my lease for my 6th year as a resident. They fix things very quickly and I feel safe living here.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Citi. I do love the location and how quiet the apartments are, however for what you pay for, things are constantly breaking and the quality of materials for the 'renovated' units are very poor. Seems like the renovations were a quick fix rather than something of high quality.

Since Rockwell purchased the property and our lease was moved under them, it seems our experience has gotten worse and worse. This location is great, so we decided to look if there were any bigger units available. We found one online for the same month our other lease expires listed at a great price. I went to the leasing office to ask some questions. I made it clear I was a current resident and wanting to finish our current lease, but start a new one in the bigger unit. At NO POINT was I told this was not possible - I was told the unit is going to go quickly but as soon as I put in an app it would be mine. So based off of this conversation with the leasing agent, I went home and submitted an application. 3 days later someone else calls me and says I cannot do this, but didn't have any other info for me aside from telling me they will also charge me an additional $500 on top of the rent being raised by $300+. I was told "these apartments never go for this amount" even though both my husband and I have the quote via email and I also have a print out copy I was given in person when I went to the leasing office. I have read and re-read all the information in my current lease, lease application, and every other document available to me. There is NOTHING about not being able to have 2 leases and there is NO mention of a transfer fee. So there is no way I would have ever known this information if I wasn't told by someone in the leasing office. Now I am out $120 for the application fee that they REFUSE to refund. This is ridiculous, I would have NEVER submitted an application had I not been mislead by the leasing agent I spoke before submitting an application. If they gave me the correct information the first time, I would have said no thank you and looked elsewhere from the beginning. We have shared this poor experience with all our friends, family, and coworkers - thankfully we have been able to prevent at least 2 others from renting here. I will be posting this review on all sites available and will be challenging the application fees through my bank since the company doesn't wish to take any responsibility for their employee "being new and not knowing". Also, if you are on a different sleep schedule or work from home, be careful of renting here! The complex has many barking dogs, units that are Airbnbs and have very loud guests, and has been doing renovations - there is no warning of when this work will be done and it's extremely loud and inconvenient.
