I have been in citizen for over a month now and have had the best experience so far!! Living the good vibes and the amenities, people working in the building are super help and kind.

The amenities are awesome and everyone is very nice who works here. I have had some issue with neighbors not adhering to the noise rules on a consistent basis. There is also a very loud night club right across the street that you can hear all night.

Living at The Citizen has been an incredible experience. The building is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are top-notch. The fitness center alone makes it worth it—if you're looking to cut out the cost of a gym membership, this place has everything you need right on-site. Highly recommend!

The location can’t be beat and all the amenities make living here a delight! The common areas are always clean and management/maintenance is always quick to respond if we need anything at all.

So far really enjoy living here. Pretty nice area, the building seems to be maintained pretty well. Nice amenities and the management seems to be interested in listening to their residents and improving where they can. There is usually a steady schedule of events for residents monthly and the community, so far seems to do a decent job of keeping the property clean.

I lived at Citizen since it opened and loved it. The staff were fantastic, and the amenities are the nicest in Denver. You get what you pay for at Citizen and I will move back if my career chooses me to return to Denver.

So far I’m very happy with my experience. The unit is beautiful, the community is so sweet. I’m excited to see what home I build here. I’m also excited for feel safe again for myself and my motorcycle in the garage

This building is the best building in Denver. The staff are absolutely stellar, the building is beautiful and has the best amenities. Rooftop pool, sauna and hot tub are amazing. I would recommend this building to anyone.

The place is amazing and the amenities are always clean and nice. The view from the pool and hot tub are beautiful. I always feel safe when coming home and leaving.

Citizens amazing amenities and beautiful views made me fall in love with the building. The gym is great too with the garage doors for air on a nice day and the bouldering wall. And the rooftop pool and hot tub really sealed the deal.

The staff at Citizen is amazing! They were one of the reasons we chose this community and they continue to make our daily experience great. The views are beautiful from both our apartment’s massive windows as well as the rooftop common spaces. We couldn’t be happier with the building or the neighborhood!

So far it has been amazing !! The team and the apartment definitely makes us feel welcome and they are very helpful. The building is always live, clean, and people in general are very kind.

I like the building and the location. The staff, decisions made by the staff and the degradation of amenities offered are frustrating. Amenities are frequently out or order and take too long to be fixed. The coffee machine currently has been inoperable for days. How is that possible? Over a year ago, we had a choice market, ability to use the stairs and get off on floors with amenities. When you closed the garage for an entire day, there was a local lot reserved. All of that has gone away. No enhancements have been added to the building. You shouldn’t make the living experience worse as time goes on. The communications sent out by staff never apologize for these inconveniences. They only lecture us about what we should be doing as residents. It’s an extremely frustrating dynamic. Overall, I don’t feel like I’m getting value for what I’m paying for. The building has gone downhill and I will likely move when my lease expires.

The leasing agent JC has made our experience really great! We renewed our lease due to his professionalism and friendly demeanor. He is always so helpful.

this building has so many friendly people that both live and work here. the amenities are always a pleasurable experience whenever i use them. it’s such a great place to live in the middle of the wild city of denver

Everyone here is great! I love the maintenance team and front desk. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. All my maintenance issues always get resolved super quickly also!

I am very disappointed in my experience at the Citizen. I have been a resident a little under 90 days and was initially very excited to move in. There were several gaps in communication regarding final approval. Our apartment was missing quater rounds in our home and there were at least 3 additional work orders than needed to be addressed in the first day of moving. We did not receive mailbox keys, access to butterfly, nor stratis. We did not have any formal move-in orientation or walk through. JC takes weeks to respond to simple emails and doesn't answer the initial question proposed. I am now currently stuck outside of the parking deck due to a faulty system and the parking service is not currently accepting calls. It makes no sense for residents to pay parking when the system is either not working or the hardware is broken. Guest parking is not an options since the garage door has not worked in the last 30 or so days. Lastly, I still do not have a working mailbox key or access to the resident portalI was initially very excited about this community, but I am now looking into breaking my lease due to several issues and poor customer service. DO NOT MOVE here if customer service, response time, or properly working systems are something important to you. I will not be renewing.

My partner and I are BEYOND excited to renew our lease at Citizen. We have been so happy living here and we cannot wait to call this our home until 2026! The communication is excellent, the staff is personable and friendly, and the courtesy patrol officer John is so kind and remembers all of the residents and their pets names.

Great place. Worth it and really happy with my apartment and the building. The staff is really friendly and the neighborhood is fun with lots to do.

The property is very well maintained, with great amenities, and friendly staff. My 1B unit is bright, spacious, quiet, with premium modern finishes, high quality appliances, and great views.

Citizen is mostly a great place to live. However, every couple of months, something goes wrong and a major amenity is down. This is normal and unavoidable. However, without fail, management does not handle the situation well. I cannot get over how when the garage door was down and people were locked out of and locked in the garage, emergency maintenance was unresponsive. People missed their Monday morning commuters and management never even sent out an email addressing it. There are no shortage of emails scolding and admonishing residents for minor things but when a major amenity is not available to residents, it’s radio silence. Again, I like living in the building, but management needs to learn some accountability.

Citizen 10 is a great building to live in. It is always clean, residents are quiet but friendly. The gym is fantastic, two stories and the rooftop is a great way to relax at the end of the day.

Just moved in. I have not had enough time to view it all. But I’m in love with everything so far. Just trying to get unpacked. Love the pool.

Everyone at Citizen has helped make this move so seamless! I have been greeted with kindness every time I’ve passed the front desk and it has truly made it feel like home here already. I’m so excited to participate in more events and get the full community experience.

Fantastic apartment with diligent staff, incredible amenities, clean and quiet building. I wish the amentities were open past 10 pm, but that is my only complaint.

I’ve absolutely loved living in this building. Have never had any issues with neighbors, noise, maintenance or staff. The location is close to everything but quiet enough to live in. The building is clean and the amenities are first class.

Great place to live. There’s been some changes since I first moved here with new staff members who aren’t as personable but overall the experience has been amazing and I would recommend to anyone. The area is safe and new things are opening by it. The building itself is safe and clean and the apartments are built well so it’s quiet and you can’t hear neighbors.

We have lived here since October of 2023, and I can honestly say this is one of the best apartment experiences in downtown! So far everyone seems to be on top of everything including the occasional minor inconveniences. Jayson at the front desk has always been so kind and helpful with anything questions or issues I have! This apt is gorgeous full of amenities and still calm and quiet no matter the events. Definitely considering renewing here!

Great so far! I’ve been here for 2 weeks and already impressed with the events, cleanliness, and help from front desk and maintenance. The garage door to the parking lot is tricky but manageable.

So far it's been a great place to live. It's safe, comfortable, and has great amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive, and they keep the complex very clean.

Everyone is very friendly. I’ve been here a year. Either the elevator is broken or another amenity, my breaker trips in my apartment all the time. They say it’s fine. Very expensive for what you get. Moving in a couple weeks. Can’t wait.

I've lived at Citizen for a few weeks and so far I am extremely impressed. The common areas are amazing (looking forward to trying the climbing wall in the gym), the complex is very clean, and the staff has been very helpful. 10/10 recommend living here

I moved in 3 days ago and it’s been great! It’s like I’m on vacation all the time. Staff is nice and the amenities are on another level. Loving it!

Property team and property are top notch. We are so glad we call this place home. It was a big choice after 3 years of full time travel. We made the right choice. Some lesser known facts WiFi in all common areas 10-20 mbps up 3-8 mbps down. Bike storage is inside parking garage Bike work stand area on ground floor There is a dedicated freight elevator you can reserve to move stuff in and out Coffee perk gets you 10 cups a month free. It’s actually good coffee

Too many things to list. For paying as much as I do. There’s always something wrong. Parking pass never works. Never secure parking. Breaker in my apartment trips all the time. Community utilities are $200 a month. Something is always broken. Just over all of it.

I am loving the experience over all. The concierge and staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I love living at the Citizen and participating in some of the community events. I absolutely love the amenities!! The reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that when an elevator is down it just takes forever to get to where I need to go and not everything in the amenities is working at the moment. The elevators been fixed though and staff are aware of the needed repairs so that's been super awesome! Lastly, I wish the rooftop pool and hot tub was open 24/7. My last apt had a rooftop hot tub and pool that I had access to 24/7 so I'm adjusting to the new hours here. I love early morning soaks before starting my day and it's not a big deal that I can't soak first thing in the morning anymore.

Citizen is a beautiful building, has great amenities and the staff is mostly great. The Golden Triangle neighborhood is perfect. Everything you need in terms of entertainment/dining, but it’s still quiet at the same time.

I love living here! The Citizen Team is top notch and ever so kind. The neighborhood however is known as “crane city”: there’s construction everywhere for the foreseeable future :-(
