The management team is WONDERFUL and the maintenance team is great!!! I love that there seems to always be someone present during business hours and if not there is a quick response to questions.
CHB is a beautiful place to live with a kind community and friendly neighbors.
Citizen House Bergstrom is a beautiful community with great proximity to downtown! The staff is friendly and helpful - Sara and Nena are both wonderful. The only warning I have is research the area before moving here. The concrete company next door starts working at 5am, and the training campus is firing weapons most days of the week. You should miss most of this noise if you commute to work, but it makes for a loud environment if you work remotely.
Citizen house bergstrom is hands down the best apartment community to live at. The property is absolutely stunning with a huge trail in the back to walk around. The floor plans are spacious and super functional. I couldn't recommend citizen house bergstrom more.
This place is absolutely amazing! Nicole at the front desk helped me move into a two bedroom two bath. Making the transition- hurdles and all that come with moving seem effortless. This community is something so unique to Austin and I’m proud to call it home!

Citizen House Bergstrom offers a convenient location, especially for frequent flyers, with the airport just a stone's throw away. The management team is top-notch, ensuring a smooth move-in process and clear communication throughout your tenancy. However, it's important to note that there's a nearby cement plant that can generate noise, including horns and machinery sounds, after 12:30 am. If noise sensitivity is a major concern, this may be something to consider.
