From beginning to end, choosing Citizen House as our new home just felt right. Madison helped us and she was absolutely amazing! She was very informative and extremely responsive as well. I have lived here for 3 and a half months now, and I can say that this is an amazing place to live. The management and staff truly care about you, and they are always so kind. The maintenance team is great, and they sure know what they are doing. My dog chewed on the wall, and within a week, it was fixed!

Apartments are beautiful main complaints would be how small the Gym is, and the Noise that the Shower makes when heating up. Other than that the staff is wonderful!

So far, from what I’ve seen, this is a nice comfortable place to live and with a car is very convenient if you can’t walk well. There are good stores around if you have a car to get there. When I can no longer drive I’ll have to reevaluate my choices.

So far so good! Moved in two months ago, staff has been timely on everything and very good with communication. Staff is nice and property is kept clean. Valet trash service is reliable and convenient. Resident events have a good turn out and are very inviting.

Citizen House is a great place to live so far! The move-in was seamless and easy. And it was not fully leased, so lower capacity made it more desirable. There is construction happening just outside the complex, which is about boom. The two ways to access the main road is a bit dangerous, but I believe there is a traffic light being installed soon. Overall with all the incentives it’s a no-brainer!

So far my experience has been good. Low noise, great environment, and quick maintenance. Residents pretty much keep to themselves, but are friendly. Amenities work well, clean, and efficient for everyone use.

It is located in a beautiful, scenic area of Texas Hill Country with quick access to the shopping areas and other places of interest. It is always very quiet and residents are treated with respect and many fun events to enjoy.

I never felt like I live in a community setting like this one, all staff from management to workers are friendly and makes you feel like you belong. Never had that type setting before sometimes you have to move around until you find exactly what you need.

When I knew that our lease was coming to its end on Westinghouse in Georgetown, Texas, my dog and I drove around and there were five places we looked at and the four other ones were nope and Citizenhouse looked terrific, even though it was still being built. I took a tour later with the leasing agent who was so helpful. We looked at three units and I chose the first one. I feel very lucky to be living in such a beautiful unit with wooded areas around us, I felt like the team was great and I’m very thankful today

I absolutely loved this place. It’s a quiet area behind trees. So not only do you have beautiful greenery to look at, but the sunset is gorgeous over the trees.
