Central West End’s European vibe is on display everywhere you look, from the classic architecture and layout to the charming parks and gardens to the open-air cafes and bistros that line the streets. The most dominant landmark is the sprawling Forest Park with its trails, sports facilities, lush greenery, and famous zoo – it’s a perfect community backyard for the families and urban professionals who call CWE home. The neighborhood’s elaborate Halloween celebrations and Labor Day Greek Festival are immensely popular, drawing people from all over the city. Art galleries and performance venues are popular draws as well, and the neighborhood enjoys a healthy yet subdued nightlife scene.
While located at the heart of one of the region’s biggest cities, Central West End is mostly residential, with most of the landscape filled with single-family homes. Apartments tend to be very affordable, and rental houses tend to be quite reasonable as well.

After being a homeowner in a different state for the last 30 years, the thought of finding an apartment in STL was overwhelming, but Lauren and the rest of the CP staff made the process easy and were so accommodating! On one of my preview trips, they took the time to give me a wonderful tour and show me an apartment that was similar to the one we were considering. After seeing the beautiful floor to ceiling windows, the balcony and the modern aesthetic and layout of the apartment, I was SOLD! Living so close to Forest Park and all of the restaurants and shops in CWE is incredibly convenient. As someone who just moved to St. Louis from another state, I would highly recommend Citizen Park.

You cannot go wrong with living here. The management is extremely responsive and easy to talk to, the location is amazing especially for anyone working at the WashU medical campus, and the regular programming makes for a cohesive neighborhood/community feel. This is the best living experience I’ve had in STL.

Fantastic place to live. Good community of people, tons of fun events hosted by the building , clean spacious and new apartments with good views of Forest Park on one side of the bldg, super friendly apartment staff, and 10/10 location right in the heart of Central West End.

Unbeatable location, convenience, walkability, amenities and service. We enjoy the neighborhood, the proximity to Forest Park, all of the highways and Metrolink if needed, as well as all that the CWE has to offer. We love the building, the gym and the underground garage (clutch for Midwestern winters as well as summers). We moved from out of town (online search) and are staying because we really couldn’t find anything better (did a thorough search when it came time to renew) and have absolutely no regrets!

We have lived here for 2 months now and love it! Our balcony and view of forest park is perfect with gorgeous sunsets. The amenities are AMAZING and they do a lot of great events for the residents. We most enjoy the pool and sundeck, fitness center, and billarda in the club. Location and secure parking on site can't be beat!

I’ve lived at Citizen Park for a little over a year and can honestly say it’s the best place to live in the CWE. I’ve lived in and visited other buildings in the area and Citizen Park surpasses them all. Here, you will be steps away from Forest Park, near all the best restaurants, the building is very nice and always kept clean, the amenities are amazing, the staff is absolutely incredible, and the community aspect you will get in this building are bar none. I highly recommend Citizen Park for anyone looking for a nice, homey, and safe place to live.

Citizen Park is an easy 5/5 stars for me. I've lived here less than a year and have never felt so at home. The community is unmatched and I've met some of my best friends here. The staff is extremely efficient and kind. The best part of... free Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby and dog friendly!

I’ve lived here for 6 months now and couldn’t be happier. I have 0 complaints. The property is gorgeous, well kept, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They host events multiple times a month that have helped me meet new people having moved to a new city, and it is extremely safe! I couldn’t have picked a better complex.
