Been here at citrus for about a year now and notice a huge difference in the last five months. Maintenance supervisor is amazing, he has great way to fix and explains the apartment issues if any. Property looks amazing, super clean.
I have been living at Citrus for almost 2 years now. I am so content with new management, they have been making so much improvement on the property in such little time. The office and maintenance team are the best, super friendly and kind!! My lease is coming up very soon and I will be renewing for another year :D so excited to see what they have in store for us as tenants. 10000% recommend moving here!! This place is pretty sketchy... at the beginning of my stay here my AC went out. it was about 2 weeks during the summer before they finally Brought me a portable AC unit and left it in my living room for me to hook up myself. I've been complaining about my neighbor behind me for years now, still blasting their music non stop. I must have reported/recorded how loud It was maybe 10 times now. nothing was ever done. I also moved into a gated community expecting the gate to work. 3 years now and its never stayed working for more than 5 days. I haven't been able to pay my rent online in over a year and they said hey would look into why thats happening.. that was about 11 months ago... also, this corona virus thing has put me out of work so that does the complex do? they posted a letter saying first, not to come into the office asking about rent. Then, the second letter is basically saying "sorry for the financial hardship due to the virus, do you think you could pay the rent early? we will give you 10% off if you do..". needless to say I took a picture of that and now its on social media getting lots of attention. Save yourself some time and look somewhere else.
Citrus Apartments has always felt like a welcoming place to live. The management team are so friendly and professional I appreciate them so much. The landscaping is so well attended-to and any maintenance concerns are addressed so quickly! I like the layout of my 1BDR and when I have guests over they always comment on how they like the layout. Very spacious and really nice storage for kitchen, bathroom, and linens as well as a huge pantry for other household supplies. This place has its own washer/dryer unit inside and I love the convenience. I can watch the sunrise and moonrise from my porch and the extra storage out there is great, too.
I've been living here for 6 month now I have a 3 year old. If I knew I could break my lease in 5 days from my move in date after seeing Roaches everywhere I would have. Pass tendents claim in reviews they even have bed bugs. I'm seeking legal help now. if that don't work I'm breaking my lease. Move in if you dare !

Dont move here! Your apartment and vehicle will get broke into amd say that they are not responsible for the vehicle ... They wont do anything to work with you they charge you extra costs and cant tell you the reason because they dont make sense... Send letters addressed to you and your minor child... there "gates" have been broken for 2 weeks they never get fixed..these apartments are horrible if its your choice stay away..
I live here at citrus apts and I love it. It's a great place to live. The neighbors are really nice. The stuff are really helpful. And the prices are wonderful.
When I first went to the office, everything was perfect, until I sign my lease. After signing my lease they gave one sticker so that I can park my car under the covered parking spaces, I have a Mercedes benz and my fiancé a Toyota, I gave the sticker for parking to my fiancé, I asked the lady that was doing all the paper work by the name of Angie, about another sticker and she replied to me. Oh you can buy it for 50 dollars every year. Ever since I move there I had gone to the office for many many complaints, water heater not working, air conditioning not working, roaches all over the place, and the list go on and on. They can never fix anything and they always give you hard time and treat you in a despicable way. The manager seems to never being there. Oh she always hides in her office and never give you her face.today some one broke into my car. Oh did I mentioned thief, yes this place is full of thief and trailer trash people. So they broke ...into my car and stole my sunglasses and a laptop.. expensive sunglasses, I know it was my fault that I left them inside. So I went to the office and I spoke with Angie to buy the parking sticker not to avail, when they gave an actitud and told me that is only one per appartment. The manager is never there, oh she was hidden in the office and asked that I needed to talk with her, she naver came out.. I just wanted to have or buy another sticker to protect my car and being able to park anywhere close the building under the lights. I have a luxury car, and everybody seems to have envy. I could resolve the issue. Tomorrow i am calling channel 13 and fox so they can resolve this matter. I can wait to move out of this place. There are apartments with 10 tenant living all together they smoke weed and they are always hanging out in the parking lots, not a good place to live. Once again the manager she never do anything and never seems to be at the property. I need to be contacted my name is Leslie
Went to inquire about renting a apartment and the leasing agent was very unhelpful and just about had to argue with Sarah to get shown a unit won't be renting in the future I can just imagine the help I would have if I had a problem as a tenant
The place is not bad per se, but the current management (ago 2016) is keeping this place with permanent vacancy due to unsatisfied neighbors not renewing their lease,or even leaving before finishing it. Pity indeed.

I've been here a little over a year and it's been decent living for the price, maintenance does that longer than it should but other than that it's a good place to live.
Have been living here for about a month and half now and it's a lot better than other places I have lived. Price is relatively good compared to other places. Only concern is the maintenance. You ask for something to be fixed in your apartment and sometimes it takes days for them to fix it. You have to constantly keep reminding the office for your stuff to get fixed. Other than that I happy so far.
