Covina-Valley is a large area south of Arrow Highway, about 20 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles. The town is densely populated with modern amenities and several businesses scattered throughout. Renters have a large rental market with a variety of apartments and spacious single-family homes to choose from. Warehouses, manufacturing plants, and offices are situated in the northwestern corner of town while shopping centers are located along the main thoroughfares. Although the neighborhood is accessible to the big city to the west, outdoor recreation is abundant in and around town. Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area is north of town while the San Jose Hills are nestled in the southern portion of town. More great features just outside of town include California State Polytechnic University, Mount San Antonio College, and Brackett Field Airport.

Property Ratings at Citrus Park Apartments
Been living here for short time but great environment. Only downfall is a lot of people have pets and do not pick up after them. So a lot of dog poop left on the grass and side walk. Management works hard to clean sidewalks but residents make it dirty again. Fairly quiet nothing crazy ever happens. Parking is fair. Close to freeways.
Management does an excellent job at keeping grounds in order. If you have an issue management is prompt to respond. Usually within 48 hours issue is remedied. I would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful place to reside with close proximity to parks, stores and public transportation. AAAA +++++ 5 Stars all the way.......
We've been residents here for a few years now and the community is really great. The manager, Katie, is very attentive and sends out important reminders, she's really nice and understanding. Maintenance has always been attended to as well. Recently, they installed new windows which is nice. The laundry is easy to use and pretty convenient. Everyone is respectful to quiet hours as well and the apartments are close to convient places like Target, Planet Fitness, and Sprouts! And plenty of food places next to the apartments too. I haven't had any problems living here, aside from entrance/exit gate problems, but they tend to get fixed the same day. Oh! And they are pet friendly here as well. :)
The location, the garden and the people; this is what I love about Citrus Park Apartments. Quiet neighborhood that's pet friendly and family filled. We have holiday gatherings by the pool, my nieces favorite time is the Halloween meet up where the kids get to knock all the doors and tick or treat safely! Katie the property manager prides in always keeps the grounds clean and safe for everyone. Let's not forget the location; some of the best food is literally few minutes walk from the property.
We love living here safe and friendly neighbors the manager Kate is wonderful she is always respectful and kind also the maintenance guys are respectful too and they respond very quit when you need them..
The manager Katie is very attentive when called upon for any maintenance problem's or anything else concerning citrus pk.apt's she does her best to meet the needs when brought to her attention. katie is above and beyond here to help and if she can;t she require corporate attention.
I really like it here. It's a community environment and the apartment is spacious and the grounds are maintained well. Most neighbors are friendly and cordial. And, if I've had any issues with My apartment, the management quickly responds and rectifies the problem; but any issues I've had have been minor. The management is also super easy and friendly to deal with. It's also esthetic to the eyes. And, there's parking and laundry rooms that are easily accessible. I feel like I'm a winner in finding such a nice place at a reasonable price that's also really close to a lot of stores.
Many roaches, I complain but manager do nothing. I move here new, neighbors say same. Dirty place, manager says my fault. Not my fault, I am very clean. Roaches here when I first move in, they came out at night. I move out soon. Not safe for family.
We move here couple months ago and there is a lot of tiny roaches. Disgusting place. No we did not bring them, our stuff is new. I am complained but nothing happen. Manager do nothing. Not safe for my family here, will be moving soon.
Well let me start by saying that this is not a smoke free apartment complex. Ever since the new manager came in at the beginning of the year its gone downhill. She is rude! she talks to you like you are bothering her. The new manager sits on her porch to smoke. There is always people smoking on their porches and in the parking lot. I can't have my windows open without having all that smoke coming in my apartment and it also comes in thru your air conditioner vents. The washer and dryers look old and are always breaking. Will be moving soon. It takes her weeks to get your repairs fix. Will be moving as soon as my lease is up.
Going on 4 yrs. recently upgraded to a 2bedroom apt. the transition was smooth. Thanks!!!! Katie & Angie for making it happen. We love living here, lots of accessible places to go, shopping, Cortez park & fire department right across the street. Freeway & transit accessibility really close by. A variety of schools to choose from, elementary, high school & College near by. Our complex is pet friendly. With this heat, you gotta take a dip in our pool. Looking forward to enjoying our new apt. & our kool friends in our community.
I moved here about 6 months ago. I was scared of renting because it was my first apartment and I just didn't want it to be a catastrophe to live on my own outside my parents home. So me and my girl moved to this complex based on one very specific feature. We love the manager, Tanya embraced us from day one, she's super courteous and always has a smile for everyone and the attitude to make you feel cared for. The premises are great, there's sometimes noise but, hey kids are kids. But for the most part its just great, no party central, very safe and very well cared for. I wish I could give Tanya 10 stars she deserves every single one of them.
I have been living here for almost one year now, and I love it! Everyone is very friendly, especially our park manager, Tanya. I only have high praise for her. Whenever we have something that needs fixed, she is right on it. The property is very well maintained.
This gated complex is located right off the 10 fwy and there is always visitor parking available. Very peaceful and quiet environment. Many families with children live here. The pool is nice and clean. The laundry rooms aren't too crowded and are easily accessible. Apartments have big rooms and huge closets. Dogs are allowed. There is lots of storage space. Kitchen cabinets and popcorn ceilings are out dated but the space and location are amazing.
I have been living here for 6 months and have no serious complaints. The neighbors are friendly but not nosy. The grounds are well kept. Small dogs are allowed. The location is amazing, across the street is Cortez park, Shopping and restaurants close by, and freeway access around the corner.
