So I moved here from out of state.. I feel like as soon as I moved in the apartment got cheaper by a couple hundred dollars ??????? it happens. I didn’t review the area enough it’s not a very good area, a lot of gun shots at night. Had a lot of issues with their online rent paying site. There’s a lot less expensive nicer places. Amenities closed during Covid... unfortunately it ended up here because the last place last minute fell through. Utilities not included.

If you're looking for a new place to call home look no further! I would highly recommend this community quite, safe, and family friendly. Maintenance is NEVER an issue here which is very reassuring. Office staff has been with the community for awhile and it shows as they care for each of their residents.

The reason these apartments are amazing is because of the management staff, I personally feel that Jackie and Rick, both amazing and caring people always going out of their way to help me with anything I’ve had issues with or questions I’ve had. Their so great with communication, with that being said anytime I’ve needed maintenance help in my home they always go above and beyond to ensure that their residents are well taken care of. In regards to the property, I love the view from my apartment, I love the fact that’s it’s a gated community, that’s gives me a sense of comfort And security, dependability any new residents with families looking to move in would look for in apartments.

I have lived here for 2 years now, since I’ve been here I haven’t felt more comfortable, welcoming, happiest in a long time. These apartments offer so much great amenities like the amazing pool, and gym and I LOVE THE DOG PARK !! Close to transportation and shops. All maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. Very quiet. The property is kept up beautifully. Parking could be better. Heated pool, fitness center, playground, dog park, and grilling areas. Great place to live!

My fiance and I moved in last month and absolutely love it! Had no issues at all. Jackie and Rick made is an awesome and easiest experience. I am so happy. It's one of the best we got for a reasonable price. We are thrilled. Already want to renew our lease for next year!

Under new management/ company in 2017 that is terrible. If you complain, they will make everything as difficult as possible for you. Old buildings, everything leaks, pipes burst, all the floors squeak, and the walls/floors are very thin. You will hear every cabinet, door, window, and footstep of your neighbors. Rent cost steadily rises. Maintenance patches things and tries to do their best, but these places really need to be rebuilt. I would recommend this place if you want somewhere to throw parties all night, smoke in your unit, and have extra people living in your apartment. There are rules against this but management doesn't care. The most they can do is keep giving you warnings. They will threaten to take you to court, but don't worry they are too lazy. Management literally walks around smoking cigarettes all day and gets an attitude if you ask them to do anything. Find a newer, better constructed place if you want a comfortable and quiet place to live. If you want to go crazy and live somewhere with lax rules come here. You can actually fit multiple families in a 2 bedroom. This will lower your rent considerably.
This place is nice to look at, but that's it. There are numerous hidden problems. The walls have huge holes behind appliances and mirrors, there is a huge plumbing problem on the entire property, and there are mice. Maintenance half fixes things and the staff are rude. We regret moving here.
Aurora Green Apartments aren't too bad of a place to but could use a few improvements. Communication and maintenance are a couple of areas that are in need of improving.
