A superb place to live for downtown living. Extremely safe, and the staff are all extremely helpful and attentative to any needs that arise. At this time of division in our country it is wonderful to have a safe and happy refuge to come home to at the end of the day.

We have been very happy with our experience at CCL. The management team has always been helpful and kind. Any requests or maintenance are handled quickly and with minimal disruption. It is always clean and very well maintained. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet and the gym and other facilities are excellent as well. Couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Thank you!

City Creek Landing is by far the best community I have lived in. The staff and the grounds are absolutely amazing, it far surpasses anything I've experienced before. There is some construction going on, but I'm sure whatever is being built is going to definitely benefit all of us who live here and give us more do to without leaving the area.

Living at CCL has been great so far. The community areas are very well maintained. My apartment has beautiful views and the location can't be beat! The apartment has nice updates throughout and feels and looks luxurious.

Great Restaurants, great nightlife, great places to go visit, heart of downtown. It is advertised as sound proof but that just means it is relatively sound proof to other apartments but the mall noise is still loud as can be and you hear it sorry this is not what I was promised it is so sad and bad
I have lived here over 3 years and have loved every minute. Im close to everything downtown has to offer. I walk out my building door and am less than 50 feet from public transportation which makes traveling to the airport very convenient.
