Property Ratings at City Crossing
I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone!! They got me mixed up with someone else, and didn't even have my apartment ready when it was time for me to move in. The move in was rushed, and it took the maintenance team two months to come and fix the necessary repairs with the AC, Bathroom Facet and things that needed to be adjusted in the Kitchen, plus there was a bad ROACH PROBLEM!!! They supposedly did an exterminating cleanout, and I still had roaches after that!! There were DEAD ROACHES!! in the dish washer, and inside the refrigerator!!! It was so uncomfortable, I paid to break my lease to move into a better property! I still feel like I should've had to pay the relet fee, because of these very things; And might I add, that they've already had FIVE MANAGMENT Companies!! & That's definitely not a GOOD LOOK!!
!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! first of all the staff is very passive aggressive, they are rude and cant communicate well with each other ,I recently moved into a unit thinking it was going to have a washer and dryer (because thats what they told me till the very day i moved in), air conditioning, and drawer handles and after signing the lease and getting reassured i was getting them, the maintenance men informed me i wasn't going to get the W/D, AFTER I MOVED IN and signed the lease, then the ac unit was broken so i couldnt move in after 4 days, they gave me a temporary ac(it barely worked and was too heavy to move)i had to call over 10 times and it took them forever to bring, the water is off randomly sometimes and they never give notice when , the manager never called me till i called her and went to talk in person and she said she couldn't do anything but move me to an apartment that cost more.They NEVER answer the phones or emails, i was told i was paying 100$ to apply but paid 150 for two people, they have a abundance of false advertising, they want you to pay and are on you constantly about payments, but you as a tenant are not a priority. Look some where else, this place is not worth it!!! I have more complaints but just dont move here.

Beautiful......there aren't words to describe the service and consideration I received while living at City Crossing Apartments. I lived there for 5 years. From beginning to end the leasing office staff have been present and pleasant throughout my stay in Houston, Tx. Even when I had financial challenges; they remained professional yet compassionate. It is soooo important to me to make this known because too often we "the customer " create drama around situations that go beyond the perimeters of the leasing office staff accountability, they act as buffers between tenant and corporate. But they suffer our wraft for "doing their job!" God Bless you City Crossing. We have lived here 7 months and absolutely love everything about City Crossings. Being centrally located is just a bonus for choosing to live here. The office staff is very professional and courteous. When maintenance does updates in our apartment they have been very polite and fast. They never leave a mess when they are done and most importantly they give us notice before entering our apartment. There are many apartment complexes in the area, however, City Crossings is a place we love to call home and I highly recommend it to anyone.

City Crossing is a great apartment community. They make it family oriented and safe. I live that my bathroom is inside my room and also my two sons room. The closets are super spacious. I have a balcony to wheres I can enjoy the great view of cars passing. The leasing agents and super professional and there to answer any questions that I may have. Now I'm not too pleased with the parking, but since I have a reasonable work schedule I can find a parking spot easily. Lastly, my boys love it too so that lets me know that I have done my job in choosing a great apartment community to reside in. I encourage whomever doesn't want extremely high rent, reasonable to come check out City Crotring Apartments.
When we first moved here the clientle was nice. The management company was very nice and proffessional.. THEN a new management company bought and now they are putting very bad people in here LOUD music. Drug dealers at the first gate everyday. They dont fix anything its HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The mgr & asst mgr are the ABSOLUTE best! They actually care! They go outside the box to help as much as possible. I pray they stay here a long time. What a loss it would be if they should leave. I've rented since 1981, 21st bday, never met anyone like them. We're going through serious, painful renovation, yet they try & make it as comfortable as possible. They are the foundation of what a an apt owner would want to represent their properties.
