My favorite thing about City Garden so far is the property manager, Gia. I’ve lived in multiple apartments very similar to this one in the past, and the thing that sets this one apart from the others is definitely her. All of the other places had the same amenities, the same pricing, the same size, even the same style as this apartment. But, City Garden Apartments is the only apartment that I’ve lived in that has had a genuinely kind and caring person helping me, informing me, and treating me like family. The amazing work done by the property manager is what makes this place different than everywhere else, and what makes City Garden truly feel like home.

Got every thing in my experience that i needed. Cool team of everything. Maintenance always on point. People who pick up garbage always on point. A nice,kind, and awesome manager on sight.
A very neat, tidy, and well-run place in an unbeatable location. Not a lot of competition for city garden in this price range. All the expected amenities. The people are nice. But the main asset here is Kristi, the building manager, who is always available, will go to extreme lengths to solve your any issue and get things done in general. She is effective, caring, and is fun to be around in general. Really enjoying my time here.
I am so glad that I found these apartments. They are quiet, clean, private, and secure. The rent is reasonable and management responsive and friendly.
City Garden Apartments is a lovely and well-maintained property with a great location in Downtown Ogden. The property staff are friendly, helpful and, most importantly, effective! Highly recommend!
Decent place, has some nice amenities but it doesnt feel like the extra money you pay lines up with the quality of the apartment itself.
