My lease is about to end and I can’t wait!! Roaches, people dogs poop everywhere and they don’t pick it up!! I even seen someone playing video games outside of their front door. Tv and console. The model they show is not the same as the apartment. This place needs to get rebuild from the ground because everything in here is nasty looking. Someone moved in and moved right back out a month later. They let the lady get out of her lease because management knows it’s that bad. Oh yea and if you pay their renters insurance it doesn’t even cover theft. When I got my own they my company said why do these apartments want you to have at least $100,000 in coverage? She finally seen its cuz they have so many claims for broken pipes. Not our problem!! I can’t wait to put in my notice to leave!!

The property is quiet but not safe. 3 robbery just this year! Pricing and location is decent, ONLY benefit is the Mall and Stores are within minutes of here. Parking is only good if come home at a decent hour. If you come home after 6:30pm, good luck! Amenities ha! If your a full time worker forget about using the gym. It’s only available during office hours, if they remember to open it! As for the staff, i prefer the old property company that was here when i first move in. The new people give you the RUN AROUND OR TAKE DAYS TO FIX ANYTHING! They tell you what you want to here! They only care about you paying your rent not your situation or safety. Can’t wait to move!

This apartment complex is the worst I have ever experienced. Radco now runs this property and it has really gone downhill since they took over. Over half of the residents have moved out and more have given notice. Tracy, the property manager, does not return calls, tells you one thing but does another, and talks to you in a condescending tone. The staff is no better. Of the many incidents i have had, one is when I had raw sewage coming up through my kitchen sink pouring onto my floor, as did the neighbor upstairs, and the girls in the front office played on their phones rather than call someone. At least once a month you will receive a "sorry for for the inconvenience" email that either the water is out (frequently), the office phone is out, the boiler is out (so no hot water), the pool is closed or something else. Another incident was with my car in September that to date, I have still not heard from either Tracy or her superior Deborah at Radco even though i made several calls. The police have begun making appearances due to some of the new residents that have moved in. You can put in all the work orders you want but nothing will get fixed. When i first moved in here it was a pretty nice place with nice neighbors. They all have since gone as well as now myself. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation and find somewhere else to live.
Roaches, roaches, roaches, roaches!!!! Mold that's inside of the walls from water that comes in every time it rains. I've been dealing with the roaches since September of 2017 and to no surprise they have done nothing. The roaches have gotten so bad that they were crawling over me as I slept. They say when it rains it pours, but you have no idea until rain water is all over your living and dining room floor. I called management and no one came to fix the issue. Note that that issue started a month before hurricane Harvey and guess what, it's still not fixed! I had to move breaking my lease, but I have asthma and the mold inside the walls kept triggering it. I hate that place. Instead of building a gym, why not fix the real issues first? Lipstick on a pig...
My son move here a moth ago is infested with roaches and they charge you for pest control,the a/c makes a horrible noise is hard to listen to t.v. or music ,the ceiling fan the in bedroom shakes horribly that seems it will fly away soon ,the apartment is painted like avocado cant believe it the kitchen,bathroom,closets,living room everything is green does give you a headache the maintenance is horrible my soon been calling for plumbing and I had to buy the liquid plumber for the bathtub and the sink all clog it was taking a show with a bath on dirty water so nasty and they make you believe they care .Please stay away they are better places my son is looking to move cant wait for a all year to stay in this dump.
Signed a 12 month lease and 6 months in we couldn't wait to leave. From day 1 our ceiling was leaking, day 3 we had a huge hole in our ceiling, fixed? Yes, three weeks after we moved in. Management would pretty much tell us to put up with it until they got someone to fix it. 2 months in, the ceiling started leaking and breaking apart again. Another two weeks. Office staff was rude and didn't seem to care much once you had a signed lease. Our kitchen light would go every month, it would be replaced and so on. Same cycle. Our last month the management decided to change all the front doors on the property, they gave the contractors keys to the apartments. My wife was sitting in living room breastfeeding my son when out of no where we hear someone trying to get in. If it wasn't for us having both locks on then they would of came right in. What kind of stuff is that? No knock? The next day while we were away they came in and broke some of our things, reported it to management and again, it was just "whatever". Glad we left. I give it two stars because it's quiet and neighbors are good people.
When I first moved to these apartments in 2011 the management was very people friendly. They would have events on the property for every and any occasion. They had something called preferred customer because I worked at a hospital I received a discount. Since then the management has changed four times and I lost my preferred customer discount and the rent went up. The up keep of the complex has went down tremendously and the garbage is always over flowing. In the past a lot of the maintenance live on the property but now they have contract workers. In the past when I asked for something it would be down immediately. When i recently requested for and exterminator it took two months before they exterminated my apartment. These apartments are going down. I can't wait until my lease is up. They are quiet apartments but the upkeep of the grounds is not the same.
From the time i signed the lease, all went wrong. The agent gave me my key and sent me off. No tour, i had to drive around 20 min to find my building. This was october. By december, my hot water stopped workimg, the heater stopped working. About 2 wks later i got an email that the issues were resolved, BUT NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. I told the office this was unacceptable and they had someone out in a week. He came, mumbled something about needing new parts and that he would return. I put in numerous requests and FINALLY IN MARCH, the hot water was working. The heater had never been fixed. Being that i have W/D connections, i bought a w/d set. While trying to hookup, i noticed THERE IS NO CONNECTION FOR THE DRYER. When i put in a request i came home to a note on my stairs saying that IM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN REPAIR. Im not an electrician. I run the risk of starting an electrical fire trying to do this work myself. Since i have no dryer hookup, i use the dryer in the laundromat. Had gone back once to find my clothes had been stolen. Another tenant as well had the same issue when i did. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. We're issued keys for the room but it was ALWAYS WIDE OPEN AND UNLOCKED. No attempts were made to resolve this. Parking is not great here. I pay monthly for pest control and NO ONE EVER COMES. The access gates are always broken so a lot of nights after work i have to stay at my friends house bc i cant get into my gate. I love the area, close to dining, shopping, and what have you. But with the quality of service here it appears that no one stays for consecutive terms. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Things wont magically change once i leave. Had i taken heed to the reviews i saw before i moved in, i would be much happier. I hope this helps someone out.
The rent is pricy and when you call the office for service, they take for ever to take care of anything. The office staff is not as nice, except for one person.
