Property Ratings at City Green Apartments
I’ve lived here for 8 months now, and I genuinely love it here. The maintenance is SPEEDY quick, and the staff is also really helpful and quick to answer. The grounds are always in great condition. The lounge area and gym are also always in really good condition. The only thing is, parking. BUT they are really on it here. They actively tow cars that aren’t supposed to park in the gate, but they’re up front about it. They try to make sure residents can park here & visitors can park right outside the gate no problems. Sometimes you can hear the people walking above you but I think it depends what building you get. Besides that, it’s really really awesome here. Super close to downtown and the interstate to get wherever you need, and also really safe. 5/5 stars for City Green :)
Very satisfied with the apartment and the entire appearance of the complex. Friendly staff. There are the occasional immature tenant problems but it is an apartment.

I wish I'd been as lucky as the other reviewers here. Nice complex and love my aparment. I can hear the train and its loud squeaking brakes, many sirens from the roads down below, and 4 HVAC systems cutting on-n-off outside my bedroom window. None of that is anywhere close to being as disturbing as the incredible amount of really loud noises I hear from the apartment above. That kind of noise you cannot block out or ever get use to.
CityGreen apartment floor plans are very nice. The bathroom and kitchen finishes are quality. The options of renting garage space is a huge benefit. The amenities are great and the property is maintained. The balcony spaces are great. The community has a safe feeling due to the location (hidden on a huge hill) and it is gated.

I love living here. You are definitely paying for the quality of the apartment. They were so great accommodating my needs of a service animal and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live
My wife and I moved to Chattanooga from out of state but upon move in to our appartment at a different complex, were severely disappointed in the unit we were given. We came to Citygreen the next day and within 24 hours we were approved and able to move in. Very thankful for the staff and their understanding of our situation and quickness to act. The complex is beautiful and constantly maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the neighborhood is very calm and quiet. Appartments are very clean, new and seem to be of superior quality.
I moved here from out of state without physically looking at the community. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive. My first month here has been great.

I've lived at City Green for 3 years now and have loved it! The staff and maintenance support are always so quick, efficient and kind. I love all of the amenities and feel very safe here. It's convenient to downtown as well! Would definitely recommend it!
We have been there since July 2015 and absolutely love the place. The amenities are great and the staff, manager and maintenance folks are very responsive. The property has been very well maintained, pool and fitness areas are great. Having garage for only the months you want is also very helpful and the rental fee for the garage is only $85. The amazon delivery locker convenience is also an added bonus. They are focused on the tenants and organize complementary food and drinks gathering. We are glad to have repeatedly renewed our agreements there.
Lived here for over a year. The maintenance crew is great office staff is terrible. It is the LOUDEST apartment I’ve ever lived in. I’ve had two sets of neighbors move out from above me and both sound like elephants. Accompany that with the ten of last so nights the past two months I’ve been woken up by someone talking or laughing above me. Also the dishwasher doesn’t work well never cleans the dishes. Toilets have both had to be worked on multiple times. Also the carpet has random stains that pop up in unused rooms. This place is a piece of work. Good Luck.
These apartments are some of the worst I have EVER lived at. The staff is unhelpful, and you get charged fees for literally everything. Their policies on visitors make having guests nearly impossible. I even had friends towed on several occasions.
Just by looking at these apartments and what all they have to offer is just amazing. You can live the luxury life here.
City Green Apartments aka "Apartments on the hill" is a beautiful complex that is close to everything you pretty much need to live. This complex is close to great places to eat such as Moe's and Big Chill. Frazier Avenue is only about 3-5 minutes away with great shopping, eating, and the beautiful Coolidge Park for family fun or date nights. The complex itself sits on high with great views of the mountains and you can even see fireworks from downtown during major events. The complex also has a wonderful cyber cafe with Apple computers and coffee for those late night study sessions. The pool area is cozy with grills and televisions to watch your favorite shows or have game nights with friends. The staff are always pleasant and provides fun ways for the community to interact with each other. Overall, if you are looking for apartments that can meet your needs, City Green Apartments are the place to be.
Great apartment! Only a 5-10 minute drive to restaurants and bars downtown Chattanooga. Great amenities: dog park, pool, hot tub, and a small workout area. Kinda pricey though.
