Good staff, terribly thin walls
I’ve been here before the name change as well as several management changes. The property itself is beautiful & great amenities. Michael (office staff) and maintenance guys are GREAT. However, most of the neighbors are inconsiderate and loud, the walls are incredibly thin. I was under the impression this complex was for working professionals (it used to be nice and quiet when it was Encino Trace) but unfortunately it’s becoming populated with college kids who throw loud parties and thus, I have decided to leave. The courtesy officer is prompt and polite, but this does not eradicate the overall issue.

This was my home for my last semester at Texas A&M and I it was my favorite place even as the sole resident in my apartment. They give you access to all services while not asking a whole lot of the residents. The community is pleasant and the people who work there are professional.

Watch out for Renewal
Property was pretty hastily put together to begin with. Says 'luxury' but the appliances definitely are not. Very cheap models of washer, dryer and fridge. You can tell they were saving a dollar. Also, watch out for the fees, trash valet $25/month. Not worth it. 7% mark-up on a lease renewal.

I’ve stayed in 4 different apartment complexes here. None have been as peaceful, nice & fully loaded as Encino has been. I honestly can see myself being here long-term.

In my opinion, this community has a very good look but also very poor construction for the amount of rent that you pay. The gate that is not being fixed for more than a month now and had problems since we moved in in July 2021 is a good example. Once I asked from the community office how come I can not get in and other people can get in with their remote, I was told they are just lucky. Another example is when you walk around the house your dishes that are in the rack rattle. None of the carpet nails were pressed enough and we had to hammer them all to prevent the scratch on our feet.

There are some appliance issues that have happened, but the team at the front office genuinely cares and tries their best to fix it as quickly as they can and offer appropriate accommodations in the mean time. Despite some of the bumps in the road as a resident, the team at the front office and the unit itself are great!

Overall really great property! Minor adjustments are needed to get the building up and running post construction, but other than that everything is great! Working staff is very pleasant and very honest and real with their tenants! Love their positivity and help with any outstanding questions! Highly recommend this place

Encino Trace is a great place to live. Its so homey and clean, theres a great mix of young adults and families. Also, as a young woman its so comforting that, for the first time ever, I feel safe walking my dog at night. The dog park took some time to be built, but now that its open my dog and I couldnt be more thrilled. Its a great space for my lab to stretch out his legs and burn off all his energy. The office staff is so kind and extremely helpful whenever you need them. I love living here and plan on resigning my lease in 2022.

Everything was clean and spotless on move in, appliances are new and up to date. Very modern feel to the unit and overall very nice. Space is used very well and makes my 750 square feet seem like 1000.

Encino Trace is a beautiful new property! So far all of the other residents I have met have been great. The management is very helpful and professional. The dog park isnt quite finished yet, but it looks like its going to be pretty nice and big which will be a huge bonus.

Poor management
I currently live here and would not recommend to anyone. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every footstep anyone around you makes. Management is shady and the business is run poorly.

Look no further, just come visit this GEM in apartment living, Encino Trace. Recently retired & ready to move to College Station, I looked for several weeks for just the right place to call home. I walked in late one afternoon & was met by the most personable man, Michael, Once he showed me the unique floor plans, I was ready to see the models. I have lived in many lovely apartments but this one was exceptional ! As you walk into the apartment it opens into a large open living space & you notice the soft gray color pallet throughout, the beautiful laminate flooring & so many large windows with natural light coming in. The big kitchen island is perfect for meal prepping & entertaining. The quartz countertops add to the clean, modern feel in the apartment . The two bedrooms are on opposite sides with their own bathrooms, with generous size walk-in closets. Plenty of storage & a laundry closet as well. All the balconies are a good size & some even have wrap around balconies. The pool & club house amenities are also outstanding. I was sold! Encino Trace felt like home ! Thank you Michael for your exceptional knowledge of the apartments & amenities. Happily enjoying my new apartment home @ Encino Trace .

After battling the constant requirements as a long time home-owners my husband and I decided it was time for a change and stumbled upon the Encino Trace apartments. We were immediately captivated by the unique, spacious floor plan and fell in love with the amenities! We have no regrets! Living here at Encino Trace could easily be compared to living at a resort right here in College Station!
