City Parc II at West Oaks Apartments

I like the community. Everyone is nice here, the area is quiet, I like that we are gated in community. I like that I can walk my dog with no problem

I love city Parc 2 of west oak.I like the new management of the apartments if I need something done in my apartment she will make sure it’s done with no problem.I haven’t had no issues since the new owners came in and cleaned all the problems that was going on

Las cucarachas jamás se van... por más que limpies o eches veneno, mantenimiento jamas llega a arreglar cosas y no ponen orden a los vecinos.

Everything needs to improve in this community from management to maintenance to security overall appearance. Noise, trash, accountability. Just everything

My experience at the residence is wonderful so far, I love the Staff and my neighbors on the same floor as me. It's a nice community inside and outside.

Nice apartment very comfortabland spacious parking lot always ready to help with any question and the apartment is very safe to live no problem.

I have had no issues since here. Whenever I need something fixed, maintenance always comes in a timely matter. The management staff are nice and will work with you if you are having problems

I have had no problems since living here. The staff are always friendly. You only need a lot of patience with maintenance team. The community is nice and i like the close it is to everything I need.

Apartments are in a good spot for me my kids can walk to school a day care is also close by .the Apartments are not noisy. I think they should register cars because it's so many cars that never moves and only a few you can park by 6 pm I like to park in front since I'm on third floor and have kids

I really enjoy living over here my experience has been great for all the years over here I would definitely recommend people to move in over here

No recomiendo a nadie estos apartamentos, nunca vienen a fumigar, el mundo cucarachas que hay, y según ellos si eso pasa es tu culpa.. he comprado muchos venenos para cucarachas, pero si solo yo fumigo.. los animales del vecino se vienen para mi apartamentos.. es una decepción.

My experience as a resident is very good, very nice place, comfortable and spacious apartments, good neighborhood, quiet, good team of employees, all very attentive and always ready to serve. My suggestion is that they can put a washing and drying machine to make the life of the tenants easier, but everything else is very good, thank you.

Mucha cucarachas, vecinos muy sucios, mala atención en las oficinas, y nunca llegan los de mantenimiento, y al final de tu propio bolsillo toca hacer las cosas que se supone, los apartamentos deben suplir.

The apartment needs newer amenities like the toilets and bathtub. The maintenance crew take forever to respond these days. Maintainance requests online are never responded to, you still have to call the leasing office or go there in person

The office staff is wonderful. The maintenance is the only thing I have issues with. But that's being worked on, so everything is just fine.

I have lived at City Parc II at West Oaks for many years. The apartment complex is nice, comfortable, quiet, and close to schools, shops, and other businesses. The staff are very understanding and helpful. The maintenance staff quickly respond to requests, and work is done perfectly. The current community director and leasing specialist are wonderful people. They are nice and helpful, making my experience of staying here exceptional.

I will definitely recommend this appointment to family and friends. I love the neighborhood and Walmart is a walking distance from my apartment. Very big park for all kinds of outdoor activities

Nunca hay alguien que hable español en la recepción, desde que llegue estoy esperando que me hagan el cambio de refrigerador, (Jamas paso) llevo ya dos contratos acá. Cucarachas por todos lados.. nunca viene a fumigar, aun cuando voy a las oficinas y lo pido.. Seguridad: Nula ( las personas hasta fuman marihuana en las escaleras) nadie regula esto.. Si por la necesidad me ha tocado aguantar todo esto, total falta de compromiso con los clientes..

No issues or complaints since New Management took over! Any issues that I may have had they have taken care of those issues. It’s also nice to see security on the property

Nice area with so many stores close by also shopping center and food places walmart is a plus apartments are big and spacious outside is very pretty and maintained

The community is a calm area its always clean and the services are on time when you need assistance. It's a great place to live to a family.

City pac 11 apartment is a nice and conducive apartment spacious parking lot and noce neigbour no complain at all leasing office staff are wonderfull.

I love my apartment been here two years it’s cool I won’t complain I like it so far my kids have a place to play and swim it’s cool again I can’t complain.

I wish all the cockroach ?? in the apartment can be under control. I love the compound . Enough space for my children to play around. Walmart very close to us

I've lived at City Parc 2 about 15 years, it has been a positive experience. The office staff tries their best to please the resident and offers support when necessary. Even though very few residents have some troubles complying with lease policies. But, usually the City Parc 2 office staff will correct the issues of complaints on hand. However, don't expect to live anywhere in complete Excellence. Everywhere you live will not be perfect and everything you do keep in mind someone lives next to you. Have a Blessed Day Everyone !!

My experience with the staff has been excellent I've been able to communicate with them and they are always sharing information. The maintenance are always and time went is required, but the best of all is that is a safe place to live.

Nice, neat calm peaceful environment! The Neighbors are friendly and accommodating. I love the way the kids ride on their bicycles in the evening...smiles

I love the location of the property. My challenges is the noise coming from my neighbor's upstairs and the roaches that refused to stop coming out .

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to the highest quality standards of what they portray. The buildings are well-constructed and maintained. The location is close to shopping and transportation. City Parc II at West Oaks Apartment should be called CITY PARC II AT WEST OAKS PEACE APARTMENT. It is simply peaceful! It's interesting seeing some of my neighbors and we just greet each other with a smile.

The apartment looks cool and friendly . I love the facts that the gate is working perfectly due it spoiled my car one time . The small park inside the apartment is awesome my daughter love playing there every day . Walmart is not far from the apartment

Feels like home when I walk in my apartment. My children enjoy being home. Love the layout of the floor plan. Pretty quiet here & overall a good place for my children to feel comfortable/safe.

Staff is very polite and professional and the maintenance is too. It’s very close to the schools which is walking distance. You have shopping centers that are near by which is very convenient.

Know complaints love my complex and staff every day is a challenge but you make it special in every way so much love and fun times with my family and friends I've had getting to learn each and every one was and good experience for me love it.

I love my apartment it’s my peaceful place I been here 3 years I mean maintenance always on time I’m 1000% satisfied and I love the fact they starting to do more for the kids when they get out of school

I had to go into the office this morning to speak to Vickie. I had not been in the office since March because Linda was so rude that I had to call corporate and I actually went to the corporate office. This morning was great customer service the new secretary that sit in the front greeted me with a smile and the new leasing Manager was awesome very friendly and understanding. A big thumbs up to the new team. Thank you

My resident stay as been good.. I can’t complain about the stay. At the beginning we had issues with roaches but I’ve corrected the problem by getting my own exterminator. I don’t see none now. The kids broke my window in the back room which have never been fixed.

I can’t lie at first I had problems but not this the most peace I’ve ever had I love it here I just never experienced the pool area cause the lil children takes over and they do a lot of cussing and no supervision so me and my children have never been to the pool and this year made 2 years I’ve been here

The community has a new manager and she’s going to do with the community because she wants us to have monthly meetings every month .I just hope the community participate in this.she talking about having stuff for the kids in the community
