This location can't be beat! Your neighbors really care about you and common spaces like the community room and fitness center are often used. The new management team really cares and they put on resident events every month, even ones for pets! I highly recommend!

The management is only after fining people for extra money. The place is filed with cockroaches. The laundry facilities are always broken. Constant noise and fighting from neighbors and neighborhood. Very expensive parking and very limited. It's so exclusive there's a waiting list. Management is careless, rude, and manipulative.
I've been here to past 2 years and its been terrible. There are Roaches everywhere. They claim that pest control will get it. The new leasing agent and property manager could careless about the tenants. They are all passive aggressive people who just care about money. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. You will thank me later!
The only thing that I liked about City View was the Manager Lopez. Very nice looking lady. The building it self stays fairly clean, but I have had Big Giant Brazilian Cock Roaches Crawl right under my door. Another problem was the security cameras are worthless. and there door knobs are ridiculous. No secure door handles, and no dead bolts.
I had a fantastic experience living at City View. It's a short walk to the heart of the Old Market, minutes from Midtown and Midtown Crossing, and gentrification is taking place all around the neighborhood. Very affordable, secure parking available, professionally managed and maintained. The staff is also wonderful, and the residents represent a diverse mix of people. Of course, no place can be perfect, but overall, my year of living here was very enjoyable.
I lived here for six months the staff is good the maintenance is good but the building has roaches after I complained my apartment was sprayed the bugs were back a week later the office managers response to this was " well its an old building there is going to be bugs." after months of fighting them on my own and the apartment being sprayed I finally gave up one night I was doing laundry and had a Roach fall from the ceiling right in front of me in the basement later that night I found a Roach in my bed. After that night I started proceedings to buy out of my lease... Overall the apartments aren't bad the staff is nice, but unless they take everyone out and fumigate every corner of this building I don't think it will be Roach free and I can't stand living with roaches
