This complex is HORRIBLE

If you want to true vision of this place, come here at night. You will be horrified by the people you see at night sitting on the stairwell doing crack, drug dealers hanging out soliciting for sales and the roaches are deplorable; making this complex inhabitable. You see the pretty pictures with nice green lawns, clean facilities but it is far from real. Although, low income, the police are well aware of the crime that dwells here. Prepare to be pulled over by the cops as you enter/exit the complex because they are looking for the criminal elements that do their business in the parking lot. It's scary and no place for children! This apartment complex should be condemn and start over. They give the appearance that the inside is clean and livable until you sign the lease. The roaches go from apt to apt so there is no escaping them. You think you can bomb, clean and isolate the problem but by the time you realize it, turn on the lights, they're in your baby's car seat, closets, bed, kitchen cabinets. This week there was a shooting in the complex and unfortunately not nearly the first or the last. Many tenants have broken their lease just to get their families out. There are so many complexes that offer low and affordable rent, please keep looking.
