Located just a few blocks east of Downtown Memphis and stretching from Danny Thomas Boulevard to Interstate 69, the Medical District of Memphis is quickly becoming a neighborhood known for its character, rather than its industry. Characterized by high-rise apartment buildings interspersed among medical and office buildings, and low-rise, mid-century apartment buildings along both sides of Cleveland Avenue have attracted a growing and diverse population. This is obviously a convenient neighborhood for anyone who works in or associated with the growing medical industry in Downtown Memphis. Such a large employment force means there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment choices, and the center of Memphis is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Property Ratings at City View Towers - 62+ Senior Apartments
NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!! Management only wants your MONEY. There is no compassion for the elderly. Drug dealers roam the hallways, trash is scattered on each floor. Even the Housekeepers will attempt to tell you what to do. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!
I have enjoyed my time here at City View. The service coordinators provide me the best support for my needs. I love my apartments and have a great view.
Not Sure what everyone else is talking about but my apartment is excellent. Very nice, clean just what I was looking for the staff was very helpful. Will let my other friends know also to come and see. I am on the 9th floor the view is nice I am pleased.
City View Apartments should be a NO CHOICE option for anyone looking to live. First off the living conditions in the apartments are horrible. There are old, delapidated cabinets in the kitchen, the appliances are old and outdated. There is mold growing all up and thru the cabinets. The carpet is filthy. The paint on the walls is peeling. There are exposed pipes. And the bathroom, OMG, it's safer to use the gas station bathroom than those filthy bathrooms. Had to pay a professional cleaning company to come in and clean my family member apartment on the regular because the mold was so bad. And that's just the living conditions of the inside of a tenant s apartment. I've called code enforcement and his to report them. They say the apartments were renovated but there was no improvement that I observed.
Cracks in walls. Roach infested. no appliances. air units. cracked up floors.
