Streeterville is an urban neighborhood just north of downtown Chicago with tourist attractions, incredible lake views, and a picturesque city scape. Streeterville houses Northwestern University and is known for its welcoming community. The neighborhood’s main attraction is the Navy Pier, a former Navy training center, that’s been transformed into a tourism haven. Property Ratings at Cityfront Place
Everything is going okay now. The only problem that I'm having now is the heating thermostats in the unit . They're not working properly. They are too close to the heating vents and they are not giving a true reading of the temperature in the unit. My unit also goes from hot to cool in the process of warming up the unit. A plus that Cityfront has implemented is bring Xfinity into the building. Thank God.

It’s been ok here. Have had a few issues within the first couple weeks of us being here. There’s a lot I wish I would have looked into more before moving in, but some things you don’t realize until you’re living in the building. I am really happy with the location and I am hopeful that it will just be a wonderful year here!! At least the neighbors seem to be very nice for the most part!

The highlights of City front are the location, responsive maintenance team, the social events (please have more), and the amenities. The only recommendation I have is to have more inclusivity at social events e.g. vegetarian options, gluten free, etc.

This place is infested with cockroaches! After moving into my apartment I was horrified to find multiple roaches in my apartment daily. After the building acknowledged this wasn’t normal they allowed me to move units to an apartment 2 floors up where I continued to come home to roaches. Strongly advise against leasing here.

I love my apartment and love living here for the location and balcony but still feel jaded by a few things more directly related to management. First, the fact they let the woman above me keep her dog who howled all night and day for about two years so I didn’t get any sleep and it was radio silence from staff to do anything about it. There’s no loyalty to long term renters- they’ll just keep raising your rent until you get pushed out eventually by cost going up. I’ve lived here longer than everyone working in the office. Every year a new face, new concierge etc. They can’t keep staff and so it makes this apartment feel like less than a community than they hype it to be because of the extensive turnover. Eventually I’ll leave too because that’s ultimately what the company wants- why have long term patrons when you can just charge even more for new ones? Won’t ever be a community
I love this apartment! Located in a great area with amazing views. My unit has a very nice layout with tons of closet and storage space. I especially love the kind staff.

I enjoy living here so far. Everybody has a dog which makes it more fun to socialize, as I enjoy asking people about their dogs. In my unit, there are a few things that are yet to be resolved. One of the bulbs in my living room lights has not worked since I first moved in, and there are some small paint stains on the floor, as well as some grease stains on the wall that have been here since I moved in that are yet to be dealt with even though I sent my room inspection report last week. I had an issue with my lock and my stove, but those were solved immediately when I called maintenance staff who were quick and friendly. Overall I enjoy Cityfront Place, and I love that it's located so close to everything from grocery stores to movie theaters, to Chicago downtown businesses and hospitals, anything you could possibly need is within walking distance.
Beautiful place surrounded by river/lake/awesome buildings. Close to a lot of CTA buses. Maintenance people are so nice and the service is also real quick.
Best place to live in Streeterville, Downtown Chicago. Very cosy and quiet spot with direct access to riverwalk, Navy Pier snd lake front trail.

Love it! I love fitness classes. The people here are nice and helpful. I love the gym and the indoor swimming pool. I think the view is also nice!

CityFront is amazing. They take a lot of care of the building and also of the residents. Not forgetting to mention the location and the views. In the heart of Streeterville, right on Chicago River side and a great view of the Michigan Lake.

I love living here, this building is beautiful, great facilities, and amazing staff. I have lived here for almost 2 years and this is by far my favorite living experience in an apartment. I have used the 8 floor for parties and its gorgeous view and well maintained area makes for an incredible space. As far as the apartment, it is quiet and I have never heard my neighbors or any loud noises. The view is gorgeous bring in so much light and make the mornings glow and night views look stunning.

Love the residents here. Tolerance and patience towards pets, is so evident. Love the surrounding area to walk our pets. View is incredible, before our TV arrived, just watching the views while having coffee and munchies was great past time.

Things often left in a state of disrepair for a long time (garage doors are just one example) Rent continues to rise but unit quality does not. Units need better laundry in unit

Love my Apt.- Views r fannnntastic. Fireworks r seen from both my bdrms., living rm, & balcony. It is a happy bldg. Have not met a person in bldg. who isn't pleasant. The ofc. staff is wonderful, helpful, & upbeat- same goes 4 the concierge & maintenance. I have lived in Chgo. a long time, this is the best living decision i have ever made????.Carole Prato
