You can find Greeley just 49 miles from Denver, placing it an ideal range for those seeking a quick commute to the big city and a small-town environment. This former farming town is now on the rise and home to many large corporations and small businesses.
Greeley houses two colleges within its boundaries. The University of Northern Colorado and Aims Community College are two major community achievements. The downtown area is an exciting part of town where locals and students enjoy grabbing a bite before attending a concert at the Union Colony Civic Center.
In addition to academia, the city touts gourmet restaurants, affordable apartments, as well as five craft breweries, including Crabtree and Broken Plow. Poudre River Trail is a 21-mile paved pathway suited for walking, biking, and even rollerblading if you’re into it. Residents appreciate the shopping opportunities at Greeley Mall, plus the city-wide festivals such as Greeley Stampede with its rodeos, carnival games, and food.

Property Ratings at Cityline Station
My first apartment experience was at Cityline! In the year I’ve lived here, they’ve made so many great improvements and the new gym is so nice! I love living here and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Michelle helped me quite a few times and the office here is awesome!
Even with all the snow everything is clean! I always think an apartment building is based heavily on the common areas and shows what community lives there. Extremely respectful staff i know Michelle Serrano was Extremely kind and funny making us feel comfortable and included in all conversations!
I’ve lived with Cityline for almost a year and so far they’ve fixed their mistakes, upgraded security, and have some of the best people working for them, i suggest Zach!
Nice, low cost apartments to fit any needs. We’ve lived here for awhile in a one bedroom and are finally upgrading to two. Easy to work with and affordable.
Cityline is a nice place to live, maintenance is quick, there's a community event once a month that can vary from a small photo session to an Easter egg hunt or more. The staff are pretty friendly and there's grills on site with propane provided by the property. I'm also a fan of our game rooms, pretty nice open area with some games like billiards and shuffleboard.
The property is beautifully maintained, and the management team is always friendly, responsive, and professional, making the whole leasing process seamless. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-designed, with open floor plans that really make the most of the space. The kitchens are equipped with high-end appliances, and the living areas are bright and welcoming. I love the large windows that bring in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's close to local shops, restaurants, and parks, offering the perfect balance of quiet living with easy access to everything Greeley has to offer. The community is friendly, and it’s nice to see families, professionals, and students all living together in such a welcoming environment. The amenities at Cityline Station are also top-notch. From the fitness center to the outdoor lounging areas, there's always something to enjoy. Plus, the parking is plentiful and convenient, which is a huge plus! I genuinely love it here and would recommend Cityline Station to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and modern place to live in Greeley.
The apartment was nice in many aspects, although the kitchen was far from ideal (small refrigerator and almost no counter space, plus elderly counter tops that had been used as a chopping block by the previous renter.) The living room was nice, with "wood" floors and a nice view. The two bedrooms were fairly spacious. Our problem was with the office staff. They were all nice people, but they didn't do what they said they would do and they didn't communicate with each other. We found ourselves dealing with bugs. I am a pretty diligent housekeeper, so I was surprised, but even more surprised when I had to make multiple phone calls and speak to multiple staff and wait a rather lengthy time to get this addressed. I would have thought it would be in the management's best interest to deal with this promptly to avoid having it spread. I guess not.
My name is Davina and my boyfriend/fiancé just moved into our new home which is studio and i am still in love how spacious it is I feel so small in a big room lol. I’m not sure if I can remember his name but Zack maybe? Anyways he was helpful with our application and setting up our paperwork. Michelle Serrano was great with helping us out with our payment and she helped us with our door since it’s a finger scanner it was so quick and easy I felt like an old lady not knowing this was real, and that we didn’t need keys.?? Other than that moving was easy and not much distance either since our parking lot is just walkable to the doors. I have no complaints on the noise from others neighbors it’s really quiet. Safe to say this complex is wonderful with communication, setting things straight to business and very kind/understanding people.
First off the office staff and Zach are so great to you they treat you like family , it's pet friendly with waste stations , the area inside and out are kept immaculate. If I've needed maintenance Zach and Shay always fix anything right away from dishwasher issue to request for washer and dryer service .They truly care about the people and have helped me truly from a huge move from Florida to making my life easier and less stressed on getting settled into a nice place peacefully. I can't say enough good things about my move here and the office staff .
