Moved in 3 months ago and the apartments are quiet. Neighbors are friendly. You can walk 10 minutes to the Trader Joe’s and PCC market and 15 minutes to the Bellevue Botanic Garden. There is a rooftop patio and a lounge room if you want a small space to occasionally host events. They are prompt with maintenance requests. Best of all, the property manager Sarah really cares about the tenants
It has the best location in Bellevue! You can reach to grocery store, work, school, and I90,405,520, and I5. The staff is super nice and responds to you fast! I've been living here for 8 years and never want to leave this place!
