Clarendon Hill Towers

We went through the renting process during the pandemic, looked into that offer mostly virtually. We got to see our new place, four months ago, the view, the amenities, and were so impressed with everything about it. It was the first tour we had and they certainly made an impression (thanks Sven!). Everyone I have interacted with since moving in has been amazing and I cannot recommend the Clarendon Hill with anything but the highest regard. Great place, great amenities, great staff! These things all make for a perfect home.

Last week something needed to be repaired in my apartment and maintenance showed up the same day to fix it! Very attentive staff.

This is a nice place to live with attentive staff who cares about the residents. Grounds are kept clean and overall the proprety is very nice.

Very accessible property. Busstop right outside. Easy access to downtown and grocery store right across the street.

Great prices for apartments. It's based on your income so it changes, but it's always been fair.. Happy to have a place to live.. Too high price everywhere in Boston.

This is a very beautiful property. Grounds are well maintained and kept clean. During winter, they do a great job with snow removal.

Long time I have lived here. Welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff, always greet you with a smile. Maintenance is great, very polite. I'm old and it is lovely to be so close to Stop&Shop.

I love living at Clarendon Hill Towers. They have many amenities; gym/cafeteria/computer room/library/playground/underground parking. The maintenance people do a really good job and are fast when you need something fixed. I do paperwork with the office once per year and they are very helpful and responsive. I am really happy to live here and can't recommend it enough!!

This community is an excellent place to live for all ages. The management and security staff are both professional and friendly. I would not want to live anywhere else.

Management is not great always losing paperwork ,I've gotten stuck on the elevator a few times not making sure things are updated , they find any reason to take you to court , some people have lived here for years so getting a bigger unit is not even possible ( No matter how many kids you have not enough room )mice infested, prople steal clothes out the laundry area,the outlets don't really work so some areas you can't change around to place tv, the elderly sit in the main lobby all day and talk about people or go back to management and tell them just nosey nothing better to do . Management staff aren't professional they come in your apartment without notice . It's overall a horrible place to live unless your a senior citizen and have lived there for years!!! The price you pay is not worth it looks can be deceiving. I would never recommend this community to anyone

my aptartment is small but when you a greatful for every little thing in life and see how really poor people live I am so grateful to have a place to live I also havce 2 cats 1 hamster and fish tank which makes a apt a happy place to live.
