Property Ratings at Clark Drive Apartments
Lived here for 3 years. The building recently went through a much needed face lift and looks good. A great value for the area. The on-site manager is the best manager I think I have ever have dealt with.
It may not be the cutest looking building in this beautiful neighborhood, but 100 North Clark is just the place for someone on a budget who enjoys being surrounded by high-end. The building consists of renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments with hardwood floors and central air. There's tandem parking for each apartment, and a rooftop featuring a hot tub. Pets are also allowed. It may not be the most ultra modern apartment building on the block, but you can't beat it for the price in this neighborhood.
