Best place
I moved in Aug of 2021, and I have no complaints. I can allow my boys to play with other children without the fear of them being harmed. The neighbors are very friendly, the pool is nice and clean. The pictures that you see online are real and true. Marcie is extremely sweet, and always does her best to help with whatever you need. The property manager Natasha is awesome, and always keeps you updated through emails. They even have get togethers for all the neighbors so we can meet each other. This truly was the best decision I made for me and my boys. Being a single mother is difficult, but knowing me and my boys are safe here makes it so much easier! I love this place so much!

I see you- Great place
Love the Skybells and alarm package here. I work a lot so I'm not home much on the weekends. I'm able to see if someone even just drives by. Other residents can be rude and dirty leaving their trash all over the place for everyone else to clean up. There is a valet trash service that picks up but sometimes misses my apartment. That don't mean I'm going to leave my trash for rodents to get into. The office people are really nice. It's a great place to live.

Great Office Staff! Quiet Apartment
I love it here. Everyone has their own opinions but I enjoy living here. Ebonie is very informative and willing to help. Marcee is a breath of fresh air and NaTasha is the best complex manager. They were all very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I treat people the way I want to be treated and I believe you get what you give. I have heard people speak so hateful to these women and they do well composing themselves. I bet it's the same people talking bad in reviews too. I'm glad I took the leap of faith and moved here and didn't rely on the few not so great reviews and kept looking at the many great reviews. COVID sucked the life out of me and meeting these 3 women and making this place home, helped me cope through difficult times. Thank you all 3 for being great.

Application process
I went to view the apartment last week and loved it! I was actually referred by another resident. They have caller ID and don’t like to answer the phone I see because I called from my number and NEVER was the phone picked up, but when I called from my job which so happens to be a Apartment Complex they answered. Before you the “Property Manager” responds please send me the corporate office information so that going forward I can communicate with them when you all don’t want to answer the phone.

Renters Beware
Nice amenities. Lackluster, indifferent management will eventually cause these units to become subpar. Visible trash piles throughout the entire complex as you drive through day and night. Hit and miss landscaping. Unauthorized pets. Small pool for the size of the complex. Rude, inexperienced managers.
