Clarkwood Greens Apartments & Townhomes

They don’t fix anything. The staff is horrible. My furnace was broke for 3 days and I was 9 months pregnant. I ended up having my baby the next day and I called the office and told them I cannot bring my newborn to a cold house in the winter. Guess what I still came home to a cold house and it took em 2 more days to fix it. Apartment was nice at first but overtime things begin to break.

If you're willing to wait 2-3 years for a repair or willing to deal with rude and dismissive management. This is the place for you. Take your money someplace else!

Clarkwood Green Apartments is by far the worst place I have ever lived the staff is very rude and sarcastic they cannot answer simple questions nor do they answer their phones they will give you the runaround after runaround but is quick to put a piece of paper on your door the property Manager will lie to you in your face knowing that she does not care the children doesn’t have a proper playground to play onAnd the maintenance men are very lazy and it takes about 1 to 2 months to even get anything fixed this is a sad place to live they hire landscaping companies which will just cut the grass with a bunch of trash which will leave trash all over the place dumpsters are filled to the top with trash on the ground and no one comes to pick it up Clarkwood Green need step it up

The reviews are fake! Lastnight my sister was robbed at gunpoint in their parking lot leaving out for work. It took the police 20 minutes to even respond. Last year she caught a man trying to climb in her window. This is not a safe place to live. I only gave a 1 star review because you can't choose 0. Ladies please be careful and aware. I'm quite sure they won't share this incident to other families in the conjoining units so I'm leaving a review instead.

We have lived here for almost 2 years. Maintenance never fixes any problems, the roof leaks, we have an infestation of flies every time the weather gets warm, they keep charging us for renters insurance and we have provided the proof of insurance 3 times, they say no pets but everyone has dogs and one larger dog runs around freely, the property is unkept, there is always trash outside of the dumpster, the garages that cost monthly are falling apart...I could keep going but may run out of characters...DON'T DO IT!

I have been living at Clarkwood for almost three years and in the hopes that it would get better but nope it has not our tub stay clogged and their carpet company did a horrible job on the carpet the people in the office gives you the run around and corporate office don’t do anything either they just want your money he had many people multiple times trying to break in and they wouldn’t do anything about it I hate living at Clarkwood greens apart can’t wait until the end of the month the would put notes on doors when rent isn’t on time or they made a Mistake in the office but if you need anything done it takes months for it to happe I would t Recommend anyone to move into Clarkwood greens apartment horrible place to live

I’ve only been living here for 4 months and theirs been a series of bugs, unprofessionalism, and a SHOOTOUT! Lobby area of my 2 bedroom apartment got shot up! No police patrol nor security! Horrible place to live if you have kids!

The costs of rent suits my needs at this time. Location is good and grounds are well maintained.

My apartment is great. The maintenance men are always on call. A lot of them live on the property so any day anytime you need something they are there. Everyone on the street is treated like family I have been in the area since 2005!

I love my town home, I didn't want to move from a house back to a cramped apartment. I was scared it was going to be to small. Actually are town home is bigger than our house. So all of our stuff fit inside the town home. 3 br, 1 1/2 baths, just enough closet space. Also a place to put our washer and dryer is a plus. So I love my town home for a family of 4.

Has well kept property management onsite, and security, plus local police patrols. And plenty of New renter incentives, we also have an outdoor pool.
