I’ve been living at Clayton Place for over a year now and I love it. Any time I’ve had an issue Angela is swift to reply and get it sorted. Funny enough I’ve been wanting to live here for a few years but each time I checked they were fully rented!! I finally got into a 1 bedroom and now I’m waiting for a 2 bedroom to open up so I can remain a resident here with more room to grow!

I moved in several months ago. I like living at Clayton Place. I really enjoy that it comes with a lot of windows that make the room bright during daylight hours. It is also nice to walk around in the morning, especially in the Fall with those beautiful views. There is an awesome pizza place right at the end of the street. I always find myself getting something there if I do not like to cook.

I have lived here for over three years now and have had a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is safe and friendly with lots of nearby dining options. The building has nice neighbors and the Staff for the building does an excellent job taking care of their residents. The bedroom and closets are large in size which is an added bonus!

I love living at Clayton Place. My apartment has new appliances, was totally renovated, hardwood floors throughout, and a great location close to Clayton! I can walk to Starbucks and Forest Park! Awesome pizza place at end of street. It is close to all major highways too! Highly recommend!
