I live at Clear Creak Landing right now. Since November I have been living with rats. I’ve contacted the office multiple times and all they’ve did was come put a fence up so the rats can scrape themselves when they come in. The rats aren’t an urgent issue to the apartments at all. The rats run across the carpet floor. Hop on the counters. Run back and fourth from the sink, refrigerator and stove. It’s disgusting! There are still more holes that haven’t been addressed. The fence in the picture they told me they installed so when the rats squeeze in it’ll scrape them. And when it keeps scraping them they’ll stop coming in. There shouldn’t be a way for them to come in at all. I’m gonna have to contact the health department.

I have only lived here 4 months and am already having to move due to a bed bug infestation. There have been roaches here since day one, and my roommate and I have had to pay for treatment out of pocket. Now we have bed bugs that have spread from the upstairs neighbors after the office didn't pay to treat them. DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will regret it!

We have only been here a year and we are already looking for new places to live. Area is absolutely crime ridden, had my TRUCK STOLEN right out of the lot due to a lack of gate. Gnats have lived in our vents for the entire time we've been here and presumably live in our AC cabinet and the water based wall rot that likely happened during Harvey. We are constantly told they are OUR fault when the pest control professional they sent to us AGREED it was the rotting and mold infested AC cabinet. Our AC unit stopped working, and after a literal month and a half wait, maintenance came out to "put the new unit in", didnt do it correctly and now its 80 degrees in our apartment daily. They basically threw every excuse in the books at us about how it has nothing to do with them. I sweat EVERY DAY just sitting in my main room or bedroom. Power bill is insane. Conditions here are squalid and we are still not being offered lower rent despite the fact that they wont provide a livable space. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

When I first moved here in Sept. 2019, it was a clean and peasant place to live. Maintenance was so so at best. Recently the property has come under new management. The maintenance has dramatically improved. The grounds are well maintained and the longest wait for a work order to be handled has been overnight. Richard and Martin on the maintenance crew are wonderful, polite and actually seem to know what they are doing unlike the previous group. Gabby, in the office is peasant, and polite and well versed. I highly recommend this complex if you are looking to move.

The time ive been here for over two years it has been very pleasant. Everyone aroound i havent experience any problems. Its a very kid and family base apartments. My kids have plenty of kids to play.

Ive been here over two years. I havent had any problem s and if i did it was a very fast response. The office staff is very helpful and understanding. They work with me and very nice.My neighbors are respectable. And nice company all the way around.

Horrible uncaring staff. I've been here over ten years paid rent and quietly dealt with their rude service, water shutdowns, extremely slow maintenance and pot holes ( the only thing they improved on) they will not work with you if any emergency happens and refused to release my apartment history when I decided to move after a decade. Likely since they were desperate for renters after Harvey. Very bad service, I never complain but after all these years it has to be said. There needs to be a management change.
I lived here for a couple of months. I had to relocate 3 hours away due to a new job and I couldn't get a hold of the new property manager. They has switched to a private company I guess a month or two after I moved there. I had to end up just leaving because the leasing consultant or office assistant kept telling me to come back and the manager would never be there. They ended up sending me to collections for 2 grand after 8 months. I really liked it there, had no issues until the new management came about. The lady ended up giving a fake email when I asked for one so I could contact the manager. I was just really disappointed because I tried to get out the right way but I guess management wasn't there.

I've lived here for years and I'm going to move the first chance I get when I settle into my new job. The rent has risen every year I've been here. Here are some things that have been removed, while prices have gone up: Included cable service in rent - gone $80 charge for water and gas every month (which isn't advertised on the rent prices you see online) Very slow service - I've called multiple times for them to fix my garbage disposal, they still haven't fixed it yet. Higher late fees (We pay on time usually and were surprised at how high the fee became over time) Reduced rent for longer term contracts - gone. Parking sticker fees, they also tow cars without stickers. This can be good or bad if you have visitors after office hours. Higher priced laundry machines, but some still don't work properly. One good thing is they did fix our A/C after years of it not working properly. Overall, they have done the minimum, I'll give them that. But I will be out of here when I can because the con's definitely outweigh the pros here.

Clear Creek Landing Apartments went downhill once Ascension took over. In the short time Ascension has been there, managers and assistant managers have been changed often. Maintenance staff changes all the time and requests are taken care of 2 - 3 weeks after a request is submitted. Darla and Irene have zero customer service skills. They are rude and will belittle you. Unfortunately, a large portion of the residents are rude, inconsiderate, noisy, and dirty. Issues with other tenants are not taken seriously. Unless management witnesses it with their own two eyes, no disciplinary action will be taken. A lot of the great tenants have left and moved elsewhere. The laundry rooms are dirty with outdated and unreliable machines. This property is disappointing and you might as well pay a little extra to live somewhere better and where management actually takes your concerns seriously and treats you in a professional and respectable manner.

All prices in this community are phony the place is great but the management is sucks charge for everything and the rent from $699 could rice up to $ 945 with out no reason the excuse is late "fee" please don't rent here is a night mare later when you rent is coming every month don't believe in the advertisement

nice and quiet located in a very convenient section of town with all the convenient one could ask for very nice tenant. I been here since 2005.

Units are moderate size, many families, mostly clean and tended grounds. Close to 45S and Beltway 8 so shopping and commuting are excellent. Few issues, mostly mild inconveniences; no washer and dryer connections, laundry room hit and miss on working units, can't seem to keep the pools accessible to residents, Front Office is high turnover and property management and owners keep changing, but they try to be consistent and helpful, could be perfect if only...
