Clearfield Apartments

The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. Each and every time I visit the office they are upbeat and friendly. I have lived here for a while now and I am loving the positive changes that the office is making.

Just all around a hot mess. Not as nice as the cheesy pictures make it seem. Everything us broken. Maintenance isn't the best. My stove has only half worked since I've been here and keep asking them to fix it and they tinker with it and then leave and never fix it properly. It stayed 80+ degrees in my apartment all summer last year because they refused to properly fix my AC. "Its hot, it's just how it's going to be." I have a pretty good list of other issues but that pretty well summarizes it. Oh also there's a lot of noisy kids that are always doing dumb stuff like beating on my door in the middle of the night and stealing small packages ??.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The management is great. Very accommodating and professional. Rhonda and Bobbie were always kind and helpful and a pleasure to talk with. I never had much trouble with my apartment. Only light bulbs or smoke detector batteries needing to be replaced and it was always done promptly. My neighbors were nice and friendly. The children in the complex were polite. It was pretty quiet and everyone minded their own business. The only reason I’m leaving is due to some health issues and needing to be closer to my children. Otherwise, I’d be stay at Clearfield.

Rhonda the leasing consultant was awesome! From start to finish she made me feel comfortable with her knowledge and experience. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my move in date.

I recently moved into Clearfield and Ms. Brown was AMAAAZING!!! She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my work schedule. I appreciate all she has done to make this a most memorable move in!!! Thank you Clearfield and Thank you Ms. Brown ?????????

This is the worst place to live. I've been here since July. Water has been coming in from the back and the apartment upstairs. Did they fix ? No. Garbage doesn't pick up regularly is always overflowing. Bugs in my apartment. Have to buy bug spray. If I had read this review I wouldn't have moved in. Very unhappy!! People it's nice to be able to pay your rent but at what cost. Read the view of other they are important!!!

I have lived here for 3 years. I have a very nice 2 bedroom apartment that I love. They have new management and maintenance people here and they are very nice. Maintenance fixes things fast and doesn't try to put a bandaid on everything like the last people. They take good care of everything here. I like the neighborhood and my kids love it here.

I was very, very upset with the lack of professionalism carried out by management of this housing unit. Maintenance was always late, the pool had also the management team here did not follow proper professional protocols and inhibited my private dwellings while I was not home without my written consent. I highly recommend if moving into this area that you do not I repeat do not look for dwelling in this housing complex, they did not shovel the property grounds and caused me almost to crash while trying to commute to work in the morning. Lawn care here is terrible and the trash disposal is ridiculous it is never pick up on time and trash is compiled around the dumpster weekly.
