Your new homes boasts 3 bedroom townhouses in three different communities all built on the same street with a large price range to meet your budget. Speak directly with the builder and owner of these communities, we have your needs in mind and do not require you to fit into a certian box to get approved. Living in a townhouse is not like an apartment, no residents below or above you, plus our walls that separates our townhouses are 10" thick to ensure your quiet living space. Clearfield Townhome Rentals includes three communities, built right next to each other, each with their distinctive floor plans and price range. 1. Hamblin Park located at 960 South 550 East. 2.
