Property Ratings at Clearpoint Crossing Residences
I’ve always loved the environment and how clean and well kept everything is, how friendly the neighbors are. I originally learned about this place through my friends who had rented here and liked it so much my family and I just moved here after our last apartment wasn’t satisfying. The views from the balcony are always very beautiful on a quiet Sunday night I get to look at the stars and the moon and just reflect on everything.
I have talked to many agents in different apartments but none of them were as great as Elise at Clearpoint! She has made the whole process very easy, the scenic tour she took me on was amazing and it really made me feel like I was already home before I said yes to moving in. Clearpoint Crossing is a beautiful place to live with amazing amenities, highly recommend this place if your searching for apartment!!
Great customer service and very friendly and helpful!
Staff has been professional and working hard to get me in my new apartment.
CCR is a wonderful property full of amenities that meet all needs for everyone. My family and I have been here for over a year and a half and we love all the staff!! Our apartment is beautiful! We have one of the upgraded apartments with stainless steel appliances and it’s very luxurious and anytime we have family or friends over we receive several compliments! CCR is definitely a place to call home!
First of all the parking here is TERRIBLE and the leasing staff is full of liars! All they care about is making their commission. I went to apply and sign my lease in October and they promised me a brand new parking area by the beginning of my lease in December. Well, it is now JULY! 8 months into my lease and not a single thing has been done about the parking! Cars get tickets and towed every day so if you aren't home before dark good luck finding parking. Do not let the leasing staff fool you into believing this is a comfortable place to call home because IT IS NOT! Don't even get me started on the manager she has the worst attitude and could careless about resolving any problems. I cannot wait to leave this place once my lease is up!
Clearpoint is a residency with superb management and excellent customer service, I will be resigning in January for atleast another six or year lease! Every issue I have had, was taken care of expiditiously and with the most upmost professionism! My daughter love these apartments and enjoy the play house and we use it regularly to work out or play pool in the newly renovated area! This complex is close to 45 and the beltway and makes it easy to commute from home and work! Plenty of gas stations located to the apartments and an outstanding HEB the girls and I frequent daily!!! Great place to come home to!!
I have lived here for over 3 years. If you tour this complex make sure and note that there is no parking. This place was bought recently and went through a management change and the new manager is a very young, arrogant, dismissive person. I recently had a medical issue related to Diverticulitis. A very painful and dangerous condition. I was in the ER on Friday. On Sunday night I was still in intense pain. I went back to the ER and chose to head home around 3AM Monday as opposed to being hospitalized. Upon arriving at the complex there was not 1 single parking space! Not 1! I had no choice but park along the curb which they label a fire lane. My son leaves at 5:45AM I left him a note put my car in his space. It was already towed off. I explained my situation to the manager, had all the paperwork to prove it. I asked my car be returned as it is more than reasonable and fair to fully EXPECT a parking space at my home. The manager did not care. She shrugged it off and was unapologetic, uncaring and refused to work with me at all. It cost me $230.00 to get my car back. I sent an email to the the manager's boss and it was not returned. I re-sent it a few days later and instead of hearing from the person I was reaching out to I got a call from the manager who stated they would offer me a free covered, reserved spot for 3 months, at which time if I wanted to keep I could start paying for it. The closet covered spot is not even on my side of the complex, so I declined. I reached out to her boss once again and let them know that some form of offset on the rent was required, I was even willing to split the cost. No answer to this day. If you get home past 8PM you will most likely not have a place to park. Every time we renew we ask for new carpet in the bedrooms and are denied. It was old when we moved in and we knew the former tenants and they had animals that used the closets for a bathroom and it still smells that way. We will of course be getting out as soon as the lease is up. I get they are in business but it is a human business and tenants pay their bills and are treated like we don't matter. Oh yeah, the 25 per month valet trash which is non-negotiable is a laugh, they never pick our up. You will not have parking for you much less visitors or family or guests. Be cautious. There is brand complex almost completed about a half mile down the road, check it out. Maybe you can expect that parking is a right not an amenity.
If you’re planning on living here, DONT!! Please take the comments in consideration on choosing weather you should move here or not.... so where should I start? Management, oh well they are unorganized, always having someone different working in the office, there’s been different managers you never know who to talk to, the asst manager well don’t ever try and ask her for something because it’ll never get done... you’ll be on a wait list for a garage until the last couple of months of your lease... fed ex and ups packages go to the front, we’ll dont expect to get your package, they’ll send them back if the name doesn’t sound familiar... parking, oh anytime after 6 you won’t find a parking spot next to your residence you’ll end up getting that excersise in from parking your car and walking to your door...... I had a newborn, I had to walk litterally parking in the front by the office all the way to the back complex WITH A NEWBORN in the pitch dark not only once or twice... maintenance yea don’t count on them if you need anything fixed... You like dog poop? well living here you better get used to it, because it’s EVERYWHERE!! They say the give you a fine if you leave dog poop on the ground, well obviously DONT enforce it... There is always cars getting their wheels and tires stolen at night and management DOES NOT do anything about it, people mess with other vehicles management DOES NOT do anything about it.... I’m sure there is more I can say but I just can’t come to words right now! I just advice anyone and everyone think before moving to Clearpoint Crossing...
The apartments are really nice and maintenance is great but my neighbors are up all night and sleep during the day. I am not really sure how many people are up there. The kids are up too and running around at night. There is new management and the apartments were just bought by Richmark Properties. We were told that they really can not help us and to call the police after 10 pm. We get up before 6 in the morning so we average about 4 hours of sleep per night. So if you work and you like peace and quiet and you need your sleep, then you might have a problem here.
They get roaches and grappy service always excuses about everythang just crappy apartments my apartment got wet and they took there time parking sucks and dog pop elsewhere
Clearpoint Crossing has definitely changed my views on apartment living. I have had horrible experiences at other complexes I lived in. Clearpoint Crossing makes me want to consider never owning a home. The apartment, the amenities, the community, the management...is all great! I feel like I am at HOME when I am at my apartment. Everything is so quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are so nice and friendly. The gym.. OH MY GOODNESS!! Very spacious and saves me gas and money going to a 24 Hour Fitness. The community is always beautiful. You can tell the management as well as the people living here do their part in making sure the community is kept clean and beautiful! The management is wonderful! They are always on POINT! Service requests are done in a timely manner, they are so friendly with each and every resident. They make sure we as residents feel comfortable living here. Even hosting events to bring everyone together. The best part is... it FREE, FUN & close to home! I could go on for hours about how much I love this place and the services I receive. If you are looking for an apartment, I would HIGHLY recommend Clearpoint!!!! You will have to go in for yourself to experience the greatness!!!!!!
Dispute the negative reviews.. This is apartment living...your going to hear things! I feel like maybe the people that have noise complaints should have rented or bought a house.. JS The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is A in my book. We are happy to call Clearpoint Crossing our home!
I have been here about a year now and I love it. It is like living in a small community. The amenities are outstanding the gym could use a little updating but is very big. And my kids are in love with Lindsey and the programs she does. The haunted house was amazing and a nice surprise because living in an apartment on Halloween can be a real bummer for children. This place is well worth it the staff makes sure all your needs are met.
Everything I say here is what happened to me. I hope someone take this seriously before thinking of moving here. I hope my reviews will be of some help to potential/future tenants. Pros: Convenient location - close to HEB, walmart, target, shopping areas, etc. Quiet roads so you don't hear cars passing by. Gated for extra security BUT the gate broke on me one time and I had no way of getting in or getting a hold of management. Wood flooring except for bedroom. Cons: 1) I mentioned wood flooring as a pro, but the cons is you can hear your upstair neighbors very easily. And if your neighbor happen to be inconsiderate, your life downstairs will be intolerable until your lease is up. Complaining to management does not resolve anything. 2) Right off the bat, it took me 2 weeks to get an extra set of keys for my husband. The first set of keys did not work. I gave it back to front desk. A week later I came by to get the keys, a new front desk lady gave me the SAME KEYS I returned, which obviously did not fit. This tells me no one took care of the matter, and there was no communications among employees. It took me 3 tries and 2 weeks later before I got a second set of keys. 3) Trash - valet trash, and I get charged $20/month for it but trash man doesn't come consistently on the valet trash days. I ended up taking the trash out myself a lot of the time. 4) Slow maintenance - Maintenance does not respond to requests fast enough. It takes about 1 to 2 weeks for maintenance to respond. Imagine if you have a true emergency, say clogged toilet, or no hot water. Enough said. 5) Bills - There is no online paying. All bills are paid by checks. I sent my water bill check along with the rent check in the same envelop with my apartment number written on the checks. Both checks were cashed the same day I dropped them off. 2 weeks later I got a bill stuck to my door, saying I did not pay for the water bill. I went to the front office, printed out the bank statement with my check image and record showing it was cashed by the apartment. Front desk told me maybe it was put under a wrong account, and until she finds my check, then she will credit to my account. I ended up writing a new check for the same bill because someone made a mistake!!!! No apologies whatsoever. What makes me so angry is why do I have to pay for the price of someone who did not do their job right, even when I have proof that I paid and the check was cashed by the apartment the same day. What if the next time they make the mistake with my rent check instead. This apartment is very poorly run. This is why I hate paying by checks and not paying online. My lease is up at the end of the year. As a result, I try to deal with the management team as little as possible, and unless it is truly an emergency, I don't want to deal with them because it is always a nightmare to rely on them to resolve anything.
Nice looking place but walls and ceilings are paper thin. No sound insulation between floors. Be prepared to hear your neighbors. Maintenance skills are poor. Front office staff is great but management is horrible. Don't expect much from the manager or asst. manager if you have an issue. Lots of animals and animal noise in this complex. Parking space is limited unless your apartment is in the back along the west side of the property. Management will not enforce reasonable rules.
I went into Clearpoint Crossing about 2 weeks ago. I was greeted right away. The young lady who helped me was very persistent on finding an apartment that would make me and my husband very happy. She spent time with us on showing us the apartment and made us feel very comfortable about living here. I felt like we were being treated as more than just "people looking for an apartment". I met with another staff member who was very polite and friendly as well! We plan to move in next month and I could not have made a better decision!! VERY EXCITED!!!
