A calm suburban area with beautiful trees as far as the eye can see, Millbrook sits about six miles southeast of downtown Grand Rapids. This neighborhood's multi-story houses and apartment complexes demonstrate some impressive architecture, making it a treat to come home. When you want to take in the natural beauty of Millbrook, hike up the Plaster Creek Trail, which goes up to Ken-O-Sha Park.
Visitors typically don't expect a small Michigan neighborhood to have great Ethiopian food, which makes Gursha Ethiopian Restaurant a hidden gem and a local favorite. For evenings out, residents often head downtown or spend the night at Florentine Sports Lounge. When you want to get active, the Indian Trails Golf Course lies just north of Millbrook, or you can give disc golf a try at GR Hobby and Disc Golf.

Property Ratings at Clearpoint Valley Townhomes
After a crazy year of living in these townhouses, we were very disappointed with a lot of the things that happened. The parking is terrible, with not enough spaces for everyone and people were parking on the side of the garages or even in front of the garages blocking people from even accessing them. At times blocking cars in so that it was very difficult to back out of the parking spaces. Spoke to management numbers of times about it but nothing ever changed. The kids run wild and are very loud. They play basketball, football, soccer and ride their bikes all around your cars. Both of our cars have been damaged from living there and nothing was ever done about it. They just put letters in peoples doors regarding these things and that never changed anything. People were doing drugs in their townhouses and we had to smell it through the vents many times and it would always stink up our house. After living there for a year they raised our rent. All they care about is money, and do not the families that live there. Terrible communication with residents, and lack of awareness or care about things that happened on their property.
Was excited to rent these town homes but 2 days after I signed the papers the garage in front of my expected apartment burned down. I didn't feel comfotable moving in anymore and asked for a refund of my security deposit. They said they would do refunds within 72 hours of depositing. I called within that time frame. I called the head management. Never got all call back. Nobody would give me a refund and no one got back to me. I was out $300 and pregnant. I would not recommend this townhomes to anyone because of their poor business practices.
Very pleasant and clean environment. We absolutely loved the excellent customer service provided by the office staff. I would definitely recommend this townhouses.
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. It is not worth the money that you pay for it. There are also children all over the place. They play in the parking lots so that it makes it almost impossible to drive anywhere. They are not very helpful and maintenance tries to lie/cover things up. We had an outlet that would shut off when we tried to run the microwave and they kept telling us that that is how the kitchen outlets were supposed to be. We contacted a fire marshall and he told us that having an outlet like that was dangerous and could cause a fire. We had to threaten to call the fire marshall on the complex in order to have them bring someone in to fix it correctly.

Decent quality at an affordable price. Pet friendly. Location is close to major shopping centers and the airport.
Oxford Place has gone downhill since the change in management companies. They got rid of the security company and someone in our building had her car stolen.
