You don't want to live here
This property is not as nice as the add makes it seem. It's cheap and easy to get into, but the landlord (from the management company the owners hired) is very faulty and unprofessional. He implements rules and fees that are not listed in rental agreements. And he DOES NOT ABIDE BY THEM HIMSELF. He lives onsite and he is never in the office and when he is, he sits in there and gossips with 2 other tenants about other tenants and shows them tenant complaints/notices. When I first moved here 2 years ago, I loved it! It was managed by Encompass Management. I
