Property Ratings at Clearwater Creek
Experienced mold as other reviewers have shared. Wish I would have seen it prior to applying. Very costly and had to leave.
Lived here for 4.5 years, rent went up $450 in that timespan. 2 bd, 2 bth, typical water bill was $100 a month. We took very good care of the apartment and worked to ensure it was adequately clean prior to move out. Was told by the leasing office that we wouldn't be charged for certain things due to duration of stay (carpet cleaning, paint, etc.) and ended up being charged $242 for a carpet cleaning. The leasing manager claimed that no one in their office told us otherwise (they did) and that even if they did, they wouldn't be in a position to confirm such things. Then, as we neared move out, a maintenance worker went into the apartment without both sets of keys being turned in and took our Dyson vacuum. It was not until we called and asked where it was that it was confirmed it had been taken and "put in storage." To make matters worse, our mailbox key broke in the mailbox two days before move out (due to old, unkept mailbox) and we were told that we'd be contacted once the key had been removed so we could get our final articles of mail. When no one called, we reached out and were told that we "are not able to get our mail because someone's already moved in. If the new resident Returns to Sender, we will receive. Otherwise, we will not be getting our mail." The residence is completely unprofessional and ran by women who will lie to you. We are certain we were overcharged for services multiple times and faced much adversity upon move out. Final move out costs are upwards of $500 (no deposit made at move in.) Think twice before living here. The cost is more expensive than much newer apartments in the area and this location is at least 20 years old.
I found Clearwater Creek in Dec., 2022 and decided to visit. I was greeted by Monica and Allie who were warm, had a sense of humor, and anxious to assist in finding me an apt that suited my lifestyle and financial capability. Move-in went smooth - unlike my previous apt fiasco, and I was thrilled when I opened the door to an immaculate, brightly-lit unit. All I had to do was general cleaning which made life much easier. There are 2 sides of the property: one on E. Renner Rd which houses most of the buildings and a 2nd set of units located on Northstar Rd which has approx 6-7 bldgs. Both properties are connected by a beautiful walking trail and have security gates controlled by remote control. I've lived in a lot of places but got lucky here. My neighbors are respectful and friendly; everyone keeps to themselves and pick-up after their dogs. The area around the dumpsters are clean and if the garbage men do leave anything behind, maintenance is on it. Parking is plentiful and the grounds are cared for. Any time I put in a work order it's addressed promptly. If I need to cancel, the office follows up with ME to ensure it's taken care of. The maintenance staff have been employed here for 20 yrs since Clearwater opened which says a lot for the management team - you don't see that a lot. My home is a place where I can feel safe and feel good about bringing friends and family to visit. In the past, I'd meet people at restaurants due to poorly cared for properties. I now look forward to company and enjoying a glass of wine on my large patio. Thank you to Allie, Monica, Donna, and the maintenance staff for making my apartment a home. Living 2000 miles from friends and family is hard, but they've been welcoming - I've truly made friends with them.

I am sitting outside because ac not working from last 2 hours with my son who is not well it's 9 pm night inside temperature is 88. Still waiting for someone to come ..will not recommend it
Pretty nice apartments in a safe neighborhood. However I know my neighbors better than I want to know them. There is NO insulation between floors. So I hear every step they take. I can tell you when they get up each morning. I can also tell you every time they go to the bathroom. I can even tell you how many steps they take to get there. Way more than I want or need to know about my neighbors.
Nice place to live. It's very quiet and family friendly. I have no complaints
i would say it's good and convenient location next to very good schools,safe place to live my only concerns are little pricy, need some upgrade , don't like carpet , the swimming pool , workout place need to be improved.
