Property Ratings at Clemmons Town Center
The apartments are extremely attractive, and they are strategically located in the heart of Clemmons less than a mile from I-40. The adjoining walking/biking trail is amazing (encircling a beautiful lake); however, perhaps the most distinguishing feature of this amazing apartment complex is its incredibly dedicated and expert office manager, Lori. Having not rented an apartment for many years, I forgot how may 'hoops' I had to jump through to gain admission. I foolishly scheduled movers and paid a generous down payment thinking that I could move within a few days. In reality, it was nearly impossible for any apartment complex to satisfy my extremely short deadline; however, Lori not only expertly helped me to meet my desired move in date, but she beat my deadline by nearly 24 hours. After moving in, I had an appliance that was not working. After I contacted Lori with this 'non-emergency', an expert technician installed a new appliance within two hours.
The property is well maintained, location is amazing and all the staff are all friendly and professional. They treat their residents as family and work hard to help resolve any issues. Maintenance has always responded quickly and are efficient at fixing any issues we have ever had. We love the feeling of community and safety we have here. Highly recommend!
The ONLY reason this gets 4 stars is for the location. Five for Taylor, a manager here who is on top of things and seems to know everyone's names, he's ambitious and cares for tenants welfare. They use bottom of the line appliances and fixtures. The kitchens are TINY tiny with not enough cupboards, and even those are small. I could go on and on with complaints, let's just say they skrimped on Everything and charge a pretty penny for it using "Luxury" as their marketing tool.
I have nothing but the greatest things to say about this place. I LOVE IT!!! Beautiful apartment and the people that work here are incredibly helpful and nice. I mentioned there was a big spider by my patio door and maintenance came by and got rid of it for me! The amenities are amazing and I love that I can't hear my neighbors talking or moving around. I once heard a dog bark, but that is it. ONCE. It's great to live in a community where the neighbors are so considerate (or the insulation is so good). I can't wait until it is warm enough to fish!
Nice apartments, but no insulation in the ceiling/floors. Horrible management. In the past 2 months have made over 6 complaints to the courtesy officer and to the management staff about the noise from the upstairs neighbors. They are a family of 6 with a dog. The kids jump and run, dog barks all night, and yet the management staff will not speak with them or move them. Question - why wouldn't the management staff put a family in a ground apartment?
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE LIVING HERE! VERY COMMUNITY FOCUSED PLACE. LOTS OF RESIDENT EVENTS, WALKING TRAILS AND A GREAT STAFF!!!
I moved in 3 months ago. I love my apartment. The staff has been helpfully throughout the process. I walk daily on the Greenway my favorite thing. I highly recommend this property.
My dog was attacked by 2 vicious dogs that Parr Investments has not removed from the property and they are over the weight allowed.
Property Manager at Clemmons Town Center, Responded To This Review
This incident did not actually occur ON the Clemmons Town Center grounds and, happened as a result of both your dog and the other dogs involved being off of their leashes. Our staff both on a site level and at the Parr Investments corporate level have responded promptly and remained diligent in assuring that any potential issues have been eliminated from the property as fast as legally possible. This includes asking that the dogs immediately be removed and ensuring the execution of that solution. As a result, both the dogs and the residents who were involved with this issue no longer reside at our property. Our staff constantly strives to provide the highest customer care & support. We are so sad that this unfortunate incident occurred but would like to reiterate that had any or all of the dogs involved been on their leashes, which is both our company policy, and City of Clemmons ordinance requirements, this unfortunate incident would have most likely been avoided.
